Who would you rather have for $26 Nelson or Kearse?

I'm not always right (more often than not though, humble brag), but I'm personally spending more on Kearse than Nelson.

I think both offenses are shaping up as terrible offenses, so biggest differences I see are Jets D is substantially worse than Cards D so Jets more prone to throw more.  And also defined roles.  I see Kearse shaping out his role as the go-to receiver on this offense.  Nelson is playing great, definitely not dogging him, but I think if John Brown suits up and is healthy and good to go it will murky Nelson's value.  Not to mention that Fitz is the go-to receiver already established here as well.

I'm just not really excited about spending a huge chunk on a guy like Nelson.  I was prepared to spend the sum of money you were talking about last week on a guy like Cohen (looks of established season long role), but not Nelson for me IMO.  I'd rather spend less and hold for a better option.  FWIW, I'm making a move on Nelson, just not very much $$ at all, and if I lose, I lose.

This is your team and you're the GM though, so ultimately do what you feel is best.

Great analysis and I appreciate your insight.  I think I feel better about Kearse as well.  He is the #1 option for that team where Nelson is not.

Carson Wentz somehow slipped through the cracks in my league.

How much of $100 would you bid?

12 teams and my QB is freakin Kirk Cousins.

Should I spend 5% of FAAB on Ravens D/ST? Usually don't spend on D/ST but are they worth it?

I'd say yes, especially since they play the Jaguars this week.

I'm here... been way too busy to report last week and this week but might be able to crank something out later tonight.  If anyone has a subscription to footballguys they should be able to copy + paste it much easier than me.  If not, I'll try and have something for next week!

What bid would you put in to get Jalen Richard?

Should I put a bid in to get D'onta Foreman since I'm worried about him pushing Lamar Miller for his job?

Did someone just drop him or has he been available this whole time?

If he's been available and still available I can't see any reason for him to go for any more than $6 on any budget $100 or $200.

If he was just dropped I guess his price would depend on what else is available

Desperately need a RB.

Have $76 of $100 available

Roster:

-Carr, Stafford

-Murray, Gillislee, Charles, Kerwynn Williams

-AB, Cooper, Pryor, Kendell Wright, Hurns, Amendola

-Witten

available:

Carson

Chris Thompson

Burkhead

Perine

Breida

Mack

who should I target and for how much?

Would I be better off targeting a RB since I have a little WR depth?

thanks

I'm tempted. I'm in a 20-teamer, but we have tiny benches. Coleman is out, so I need another WR bigtime and I don't have a lot of trade bait.

I feel like it should get done for less than 10%.

Edit: Hang on, he's the highest projected score this week for WRs on the waiver wire. Might need just over 10%. Everyone needs WRs in our league.

Got him for $3 on a $1000 budget. I'll take it!

Jeez, $1000 budget, that's something to consider.

I chose to handcuff Miller in the end. Funchess went for $10 out of $100, with other bids of $8, $7, and $2. Looks like I wasn't far off.

Def target Carson. I'd prob be willing to spend about 25$ if this is a 12 team league, and maybe 15$ if it's a ten team league. I'd also try to grab Perine, but I wouldn't spend more than 5$ to get him. The others in order of importance would be: Mack, Thompson, Brieda, Burkhead. And I wouldn't mind dropping: Kerwynn or Hurns/Amendola to pick up those guys.

Someone just dropped Eifert in our league. I know he's been terrible to start, but I feel like he's a great TE stash. The guy has been TE #3 in points per game the past two yrs, so that's something. Anyways I have 75/100 left on my FAAB budget.

What would you spend to get him? I was thinking around 10 would do it.

Relevant info:

12 team league, one starting TE spot, currently have Witten as my starting TE, and would have to drop Rawls or CJ2K to clear roster space.

Thanks for your help
