He bats right handed. Supposed to hit lefties better. Dunno if he has a reverse split.

Adifazio, dunno how big a league you play in, maybe you can drop anyone underperforming. I play in a 16 team one. Dropping is not an option.

As far as splits, he is batting .100 against lefties and .343 against righties this season.

Last year he was virtually dead even, .792 ops vs RHP, .790 ops vs LHP.

He hasn't exactly "played' this season.  Stats only have value when there are a lot of them collected.

Also, some of the 2 for 20 includes the current suckitude since his return. Gotta figure the splits will even out as the year goes on.

In any case, he's riding the pine until further notice. It's like he's on the DL, except worse.

What are we realistically looking at 10/5 year? Maybe too optimistic.

He’s riding my bench too.  Still plenty of baseball left.  Think of it this way, who on the waiver wire has his ability (depending on league of course)?

I can pick up probably 100 players who could give me .173 a run and an RBI

I kid... Kind of

Been legit good last 8 games

10-31, .323

5 Runs - Which is amazing considering I believe in the Padres average 1.1 Runs per game

8 RbI

HR and SB

3 Doubles and Triple

Please stay healthy

When healthy he really is one of the premier power hitters in the game.

He was healthy last year and wasn’t close to anything premier.  But he is extremely streaky his homer binges are exciting.  Don’t own him this year, did last year.  Hated his swing.  Would be curious if he’s made any adjustments from last year?  Looks like average up near .300.  Could just be small sample but I always felt like he should hit for a higher average, but over last few years he fell in love with long ball and has horrific swing mechanics.  Anyone see anything different from this year vs last?

He hit his dinger off the Arizona catcher Jeff Mathis tonight because they were out of pitchers apparently and he was 0/5 before that.  Both his steals came in extra frames too after he walked.

Call it variance for a ball 1 foot shy,  that's caught at the wall sometime
