Check out the new Rotoworld Beta Site!   11/14/2018

Rotoworld has been the industry leader in fantasy news and analysis for years, but it was time for a much-needed facelift!  While our around-the-clock, comprehensive coverage will remain the same, the new Rotoworld design will be sleeker, easier to navigate, more video-friendly and will finally be mobile-optimized.    That’s right, you can finally stop pinching the screens on your phones to read our content!  Right now we’re in the beta phase of our launch, and it’s still a work-in-progress, but we’d love for you to check out our soon-to-be new digs, and let us know what you think: https://beta.rotoworld.com.    And then please use the Contact Us button to give us feedback!

Buffalo Bills 2018 Outlook

Just got the Indy D in waivers last night. Now Anderson the QB.

Do you Bills fans consider this an upgrade?

Now debating Indy D vs. Denver D.

He's probably an upgrade over Peterman, but I'd still roll with the Colts over the Broncos.

The Indy defense is so bad i dont think they're a good play against anyone, except Peterman of course.    Only Atlanta has given up more points.   Then again, maybe they're worth playing on the chance that Anderson gets hurt, and Peterman is the only option..........though Logan Thomas was once a QB, and he's on the roster.

Anderson is an upgrade in the sense that he's probably not going to throw an INT 12% of the time or whatever Peterman did, and that he's actually started a game, finished it, and won it, as a quarterback.

The Bills have 7 offensive TDs in three games. Indy has played against some pretty good offensive teams.

Even though Indy's D has given up a ton of points to these good teams the Bills offense is so bad they still won't score enough to make a huge difference in fantasy scoring.

So more of a season long question, but is this Bills D for real? They have some good matchups ROS and have been putting up points. Does anyone watch them?

I'm a fan of the team (though I've missed a few games). I think the D is legit. The pass rush has been the surprise of the season as the DL seemed to be toast coming in. Jerry Hughes has been tops in pressures in the league, Shaq Lawson is finally showing why he was a first round pick, and Lorenzo Alexander is once again defying age (Trent Murphy in the mix too). They have a dynamite pair of young MLB's in Edmunds and Milano that have a nose for the ball. In the backfield, Poyer and Hyde are a top 5 safety duo, and Tre White is a legit No.1 corner.

On top of all of this, the team plays ugly, slow games since they know that offense isn't keeping up with anyone in a shootout. They've allowed just 60 points since Vontae Davis retired at halftime in week 2 over 4.5 games. They're due for a blowout loss eventually, but they have all the goods to be in the top 10 conversation going forward.

Derek Anderson has 60 career interceptions to 60 career touchdowns and a career QB rating of 71.1. Tough to put a positive spin on that.

McDermott decided to start calling the defensive plays again at halftime vs San Diego. Ever since then they’ve been really good.

DA wasn't very good after 2007 in Cleveland, but he was a good backup behind Cam. And actually looked better than Cam at times during his spot starts in Carolina. DA is definitely an upgrade over Peterman. Peterman has been throwing interceptions at a record pace of over 11% per dropback. That is unheard of. To put that into perspective non QB's last season attempted over 80 passes and their interception rate was around 6%. He throws an interception twice as often as a non QB.

Peterman apparently looks amazing in practices, but it doesn't translate to the field. Tebow looked terrible in practices, and terrible as a thrower, but found a way to win games sometimes.
