With Bobby on the shelf, is our beloved Mormon back to being relevant again?

I've picked him just in case.

I think he will play but not as much as before. Lauri will probably end up playing more minutes.

Looks like Portis is taking one for the team. Maybe the Bulls will try to showcase Parker so they can trade him. Rumor is the Knicks are interested in Parker. Somehow they always end up with the Bulls scraps: Eddy Curry, Joakim Noah, Tyson Chandler, Derrick Rose and hopefully now Parker too LOL!

He got dropped in my league earlier (14 teams, 15 roster spots + 2 IL) this week so I picked him up as a stash. Watch this guy start after the Holiday trade. Boylen and I are playing 3D chess while the rest of the teams in our respective leagues are playing go fish.

(More realistic is that he gets traded. The Derrick Favors rumors have been really heating up, but he can't be traded until the 15th. Parker's DNPs remind me of when the Suns stopped playing Ariza bc they had a trade lined up before Ariza could be traded. Plus, there's no way the team can keep him on the roster after his comments. It's getting toxic.)

If he gets traded to the Jazz I give him three games before Quin Snyder sets him on fire with his eyes.

Seriously though he probably slots in behind Crowder and gets 20 minutes to score as much as possible.

You'd think that playing alongside someone like Gobert would go a long way towards hiding Parker's complete lack of defensive f***s.

What happened?

He got 14 minutes of playing time in an OT game without Justin.

I got excited for a second.

He got 17 minutes yesterday and went for 11-7-2. Any reason to expect his minutes are trending up? Or was this just a case of Bobby Portis being out.

I think they're gonna trade him to the jazz this week for Favors. I think they were showing him off this game.

The thought did cross my mind as well. Could be worth a stash just in case.

playing 2 straight games!

Most productive Bull tonight (in limited minutes). The coach's comments about him practicing well are encouraging.

I'm stashing in case the situation in Chicago improves or they're warming him up for a trade. The trade deadline is in about 3 weeks from now.

Same here. Hopefully the investment pays off sooner than later.
