Is this guy still worth targeting in trades for those making playoffs or is that too risky

I'm targeting him.

Shot an offer my Collins for Cap.

If you're a lock for the playoffs, its a no brainer.

Our 12T H2H playoff race is tight, 11 games separate 1st (me) from 6th.  Just gave up my Gay and Bryant to the 5th place guy for Capela.  No IR.  Risky for since it will harder to lock up that 1st round bye, but the 2nd best team is stacked too.

Collins is more than fair IMO.

I'm being offered Capela for my JJJ. I'm currently in 1st place. I'm worried about the lack of steals and FT%, but Capela has a more consistent role.

Capela owner in my league turned that down when I offered it to him.

I finally got Capela.

Offered Derozan + Terrence Ross for Capela and Trae Young.

Should I offer brook Lopez for Clint or is that too much ?

( currently in 1st) h2h

lnstant reject for me as a Capela owner.

Unless the guy you are trading with is the last team in standing.

I could easily get stats similar to Lopez' by playing the wires.

You will find the threes, but you wont find a player averaging 2+ threes AND 2 bpg on the wire.

Mitchell Robinson says hi.

I don't care about 3s when I am trying to compensate what I lost in Capela.

Don't think Lopez is going to keep that up. Overperforming for sure.

But sure if you want to make that trade by all means. Just saying Lopez is way too low of an offer for a Capela owner.

Edit: OK, I didn't make myself clear earlier. My bad. I am trying to replace big man stats. So of course I ignore the 3s from Lopez. With this in mind, Lopez pretty much only offers BLK. I can easily get BLK by playing the wires (Noel, Robinson, Bam, Biyombo).

BroLo is heading to be the ONLY player in NBA history to average 2 threes and 2 blocks a game in a season. I'm not an owner, but I can't stop myself when I see such ridiculous statements lolz.

Read my previous comment.

Why would I be look for 3s when I lost Capela? How does that help my build?

I just saw it. I'm just saying BroLo offers a unique combination that has no precedent, and you can't find a replacement by playing the wire. Value-wise, he's fair.

Whether he may help your build or not is a different question.

Thats why I put the “and”. If you’re looking for traditional big man stats then sure you could stream players like Biyombo, Bam or Robinson but their roles (minutes / usage) aren’t as secure as BLopez.

Deeper leagues won’t have atleast half of those guys available though and not every league has an IL. (Robinson and Abedayo are generally viewed as 2nd half stashes, Biyombo is a temp like Okafor)

If you’re not in any danger of slipping out of the playoffs then sure you can afford to stream instead of taking a less valuable player. For what it’s worth, if I were you, I wouldn’t take the trade either, as Capela should be able to maintain his conditioning and slot back in once his thumb heals. (Assuming you’ve secured a playoff berth this early and dont have a lot of deadweight)

I traded Cauley-stein + Harrell for him and it got vetoed this morning.

That’s a shame.. no reason to veto that trade.

I know. This league been vetoing 98% percent of trades even though they're fair. I'm thinking of leaving after this season. For some reason the ESPN default for owners votes is defaulting to 3 votes and no way to change that. I emailed support and they said cannot change it.
