Would you trade Kyle Tucker for 4th pick in draft?

No. You'll land a closer with the 4th pick and Tucker's ceiling is just way too high to make that move. Keep in in the minors and hope he gets a shot and takes advantage.

Are you sure there's no one else as valuable as Corbin / Wheeler in the draft?

If I knew I'd get Corbin or Wheeler, I'd make this deal...even perhaps LecLerc... but I wouldn't do it for Doolittle and Giles, and I'd imagine Corbin/Wheeler/Leclerc would go 1-2-3.

I would definitely trade Tucker for Wheeler for what its worth.

If you can guarantee to get Corbin I would make the trade for sure.  He is the only one I would trade Tucker for.  Otherwise stash in Minors as his upside is too good.

Cano

Mazara

Eddie Rosario

Are there too but I have almost all hitters and few pitchers

I took this team over

I have 3rd pick and could get 4th with this trade

There's some decent players there, I kinda like Mazara or Rosario. Rosario is only 27 years old and already a star (permitting injuries don't hold him back). Mazara is only 23.

I'm not a big believer in Kyle Tucker, so that's my bias. He came up last year, got owned, and now has no clear path to playing time with Brantly/Springer/Reddick/Marsinick.

I prefer to play for the win now, so I think I'd be inclined to take this deal.

With the third and forth pick you are looking at a list of

1. Corbin

2. Wheeler

3/4. Rosario, Mazara

5. Leclerc

I think trading Tucker for any of those players is a win.

Keep Tucker he's a solid OF'er with nice power upside.
