Leonard Fournette 2019 Outlook

Recommended Posts

So far he has performed to my expectations and somewhat exceeded them. He is an every down workhorse receiving passing game work. His ADP was around the 3rd or 4th round. Sometimes going later. What else can you ask for from your RB2/3? Expecting RB1 production from your RB2/3 is just greedy and wishful thinking.

What can Lenny do against the Saints? I mean the Saints are good against the run.

The Saints are ranked #16 in rush YPG at NFL.com. They give up an average about 108 YPG, and have given up a league-leading 7 rush tds- against Texans, Rams, Cowboys, Seahawks, and TB.

Solid run d probably, but not an unsurmountable force.

I'm rolling with Fournette for the touch volume alone if nothing else.

They were missing their 2 starting DTs to start the year, thus they've tightened up once they came back(see Zeke's slow game in Week 4)

I got 60-70 and a TD and 20-30 thru the air. This is where we see his middle RB2 gme and I’ll take it!

I do not feel confident this week against NO but I am starting nonetheless

Well be confident because he plays against Cin this week.

Even though the TDs haven't been there, he's been eating on the ground game.

The o-line gets 0 push in the redzone it's so infuriating

With the way the offense is I’m surprised he’s done what he’s done .

the lack of tds is frustrating

TDs would be nice but I'm loving the volume and even receptions this year give this guy a high floor.

Word to the wise, handcuff him with Armstead or you're playing with fire

Remember when the narrative around this guy was injury prone plodder and we could still buy low? Great to see him balling, the positive td regression is bound to happen eventually
