i think he was on a pitch count. Not the most ideal start but since it was his first start back from an injury i'l l give it a pass

Dafuq. I sat Hamilton against Snell and he triples his RBI output for the year in one day.

It seems he can hit soft tossers. This Yarborough dude throws under 90 and Hamilton is 2 for 2.

Ugh. I was hoping for some improvement on his last outing velocity wise

91-92 MPH for Jeffress. Honestly, that's worrisome for me because he was sitting at 96-98 as recent as last year on fangraphs. And right now he is pitching in garbage situations, so he's useless right now even in holds leagues. He hasn't allowed a run since his return, so that's a positive, but still...

Its worrisome for everyone. The Brewers continue to say "Nothings Wrong", color me skeptical. I'm holding for now though.

Yeah kinda getting sick of wasting a roster spot on this dude but need to see if he can uptick the velocity even a bit.

ya, the RBI are a big surprise.  i was fully expecting him to  push 20 homeruns tho.  i own him everywhere but my keeper.  he could seriously finish close to the first round if he hits 270 or something

There you go. Bloop double by Dahl that probably should have been caught and then a misplay by Eaton lol

I really wish the Padres would score runs for Chris Paddack.

Well this kid has the hard luck.  Back to 2B for Brandon Lowe it looks like:

Quote

X-rays have revealed that Joey Wendle suffered a fractured right wrist when he was hit by a pitch during Wednesday game versus the Royals.

Jake Diekman plunked him with an offering in the sixth inning. It's obviously rough news for Wendle, who just returned from a multiple-week absence with a hamstring injury. It's not clear at this point how long the infielder might be sidelined, but obviously it's going to be for a big chunk of time.

Chris Paddack threw 20 pitches in the first inning but is now at 38 through 3 after two efficient innings. Bodes well for potentially going 6 IP plus.
