Help with roster. Trying to drop/move a bat for a SP.

Background:
I'm in a league that favours bats, so due to injuries I ended up stacking up my bench bats. However now that my roster is (mainly) healthy, I think I need another SP. For reference, I'm the only team holding 3 bench bats. Most others have 2, some have 1 (one guy actually has 0).

My issue is that I don't really see an obvious drop. Mainly because:
1) My late draft picks / free agents (i.e. the guys that are typically droppable) are overperforming.
2) My early draft picks (i.e. the guys I'm going to give a long leash before moving them) are underperforming.
3) Positions - I usually like to hold at least 2 guys at each position (4 for OF, and 1 C is fine). Just allows me to get the most out of my bench players.

Question/Problem:
So... what do I do? Just keep rolling which what I have, trade someone away, drop someone (who though?)??? I'm really just stuck on what to do.

Other Details:

Cats:
7 batting cats (Runs, RBI, HR, SB, AVG, OBP, Hits) x 5 pitching (W, Sv, K, ERA, WHIP)

Roster:
Lineup Position - Player Name (Eligible Positions), Season Average Rank*

C - J. Realmuto (C, 1B), rk 202
1B - J. Bell (1B), rk 34
2B - G. Torres (2B, SS), rk 171
3B - M. Sano (1B, 3B), rk 10 - 1 game sample size
SS - T. Turner (SS), rk 4
OF - M. Trout (OF), rk 20
OF - A. Meadows (OF), rk 24
OF - A. Gordon (OF), rk 53
UTL - T. Anderson (SS), rk 22
BN - J. Soto (OF, rk 323), J. Ramirez (2B, 3B, rk 674), V. Guerrero Jr. (3B, rk 765)

SP - L. Castillo (SP), rk 41
RP - A. Colome (RP), rk 80
P - S. Doolittle (RP), rk 126
BN - J. Lester (SP, rk 62), C. Morton (SP, rk 116), P. Corbin (SP, rk 119)
IL - L. Severino (SP, rk N/A)

*I know season average rank only helps out so much, but just to give you an idea who's good in my league setup and who's been hot this season.

Other Info:
Keeper league, 3 keepers. Chris Bassitt is available, so he'd likely be my SP pickup. Based on this, I'd have no issue with trading away someone for a pick if we go the trade route. Just not sure who to move.

Is Vladdy Jr. an obvious keeper for you? If not, your 3b depth is quite good.
I am still a believer in Jose Ramirez, and Vlad Jr. is turning it on right now. Sano's sample size is too small. I would personally drop Sano, if you need to let go of someone. But if exploring trade options, there's a market to be had for Ramirez and/or Vlad Jr. It's just whether or not you can find the right type of player in return as far as SP go.

Thoughts on a deal I pulled off?

I might try and move a bat for a SP. what about moving an overperfomer like Gordon for a starter?

Thanks for mine.

Good suggestion. But I also think you should drop Sano. Thanks for mine!
