Other than Hopkins who would you have taken him before? Cmac? Barkley? Kamara, or Elliot?

Derrick Henry.

Le'Veon Bell, RB, NY Jets

I'm going to predict that the year off did him some good as he had 400+ touches the year before.

Also, there is ZERO competition for carries.

@predator_05 is OTC.

Taking Bell before the Jets fan. I approve

This doesn't bode well for Derrick Henry.

Bell gonna be interesting

Much worse OL/offense than in Pitt ...

Also, the Jets RB depth chart has 5 guys they really like. I’m not saying Bell isn’t the best, by far (he is), but talking about that group as if there’s no one else worth getting touches is false

there’s a reason the GM that signed Bell was fired and Gase flat out said he won’t overuse Bell like Pitt did and prefers using multiple backs ... on top of the fact Montgomery/McGuire/Cannon have all flashed ability at times.

Gase wanted nothing to do with a big money RB. On top of the fact Bell’s “patience” may not work as well behind a horrible OL with no passing game ... he’s not going to get 25 touches a game in a great offense.

"We're aware of that," Gase said about being careful not to overextend Bell. "In this system, we've always taken care of those backs and make sure we've used them the right way in practice. In the games that's why I've historically always used a lot of running backs." - Leveon Bell’s headcoach

https://www.nydailynews.com/sports/football/jets/ny-sports-gase-leveon-bell-20190326-iefgage7xzdb5plmm3dqhdppx4-story.html

Head coach who didn’t feel he was worth the money and prefers to use multiple RBs + out of football for a year + huge downgrade to his OL/Offense = no thanks at his price.
