A mediocre night offensively while guarding and being guarded by one of the best two-way players in the league ... on the tail end of a B2B tonight against one of the best defensive teams that defeated the Dubs and Lakers.  And yet he still managed to put up a low-end statline with a few treys and a steal with just one TO, and had the coach's confidence to get 35 minutes anyway.

I dunno who the heck is on your wire, but if you're thinking of dropping him, I'd love to see better FAs.

Rozier ain't the answer at pg, he's a chucker playing pg. They play best with devonte running the point with sliding rozier at the 2, more flow in the offense.

So a guy that before this abhorrent performance was averaging 14.6 on 50% shooting with 2 threes and about a block a game is now a drop?

While drop is not the right move here, he has definitely been underwhelming to say the least.

The anxiety also comes from the unexpected usage of players on the team - Bridges was to have a high usage but Hornets actually has a wide range of players that can get hot. 

He may end up with a similar numbers as last year.

What is underwhelming about it? Before this game he was averaging 14.6 with 2 threes and about a block a game on 50% shooting. He just had 17 with 3 threes, a block, and a steal on 63% shooting the game before.

He is going to be fine.

Everything about him is underwhelming. People here were expecting top 50, top 75 finish, this guy doesn't have a chance for top 100 finish. He is simply that bad. Block a game will not stick, steals are nowhere to be found and he was supposed to be a defence specialist. Now he is just a waste of space that you cannot drop.

Why can’t you drop? I’m sure there is a Top 100 player sitting on the waiver that you could drop him for. Maybe you can drop him for Paschall?

Since I like to play devil's advocate (and have not given up on Bridges yet):

Last year he averaged 0.7stls,0.6blks in 21 minutes... if he plays 25-30 minutes close to a block per game is reasonable. Right now he is #144 on basketballmonster despite just 1.1 stocks (in 32 minutes), 43.8% shooting, and 2.5 turnovers per game.Even if he drops in the other categories, then just getting back to where he was last year could get him to top-100. I am going to start trying to buy low if I can.

I would still be ok if I drafted him in the 80s. I would be a little mad if I had drafted the other Bridges there...

There is a good chance that there is a ROS top 100 guy on the wire, but I would not drop Bridges unless you knew for sure who that guy (or one of those guys) was. I also would not drop him for Paschall because I don't think Pashall will contribute as many stocks and rebounds or get as consistent playing time unless Draymond misses significant time. Being load managed occasionally is not significant time.

Everyone draft him hoping he can get more than a steal & block per game if given 30 plus min. However, the steal and blk are not there. The minutes are there. Let's hope he can turn it around.
