New RR projected lineup with Brantley added. Brantley at 4 doesn't feel right. I'd rather see Biggio, Brantley, Bichette and Springer in that order. If Biggio isn't leading off, better to put him 9 and let Teoscar and Vlad hit 4/5. And yeah Kirk needs to be the starter.

I’m totally fine with 16 team playoffs but only under the condition that all of the series are best of 7s. Reduce the number of regular season games to accommodate that. The best of 3 first round is not going to cut it with that many teams.

No one really knows if he had covid, or some other injury. For all we know it could have been more knee problems...it was “undisclosed”. I’d disagree he was rushed back. His baseball activities are swinging a bat and running the bases, it’s not something you need several weeks of doing before being ready.

His knees should continue to be a problem his entire career, especially considering nothing is showing up on MRI. He's on my do not draft list going forward.

Let’s review. DH only but had bad knees last season, bad knees in spring training, season starts in late July but still misses 3 weeks. Comes back, plays 2 games and sits out with sore knee. Yeah, this is going to be a problem.
