  1. He has a bit of a leash being a veteran and having a successful track record. He will get the next shot but if he performs like this again then I would be prepared for a change.
  2. I would lean Tucker as well. Gives you a bit of everything and it seems as if he’s playing more lately. Honestly I feel Reddick should be the odd man out when Alvarez comes back. Then again Dusty does like his veterans.
  3. Kim has been added to the rotation for St. Louis so if you were holding him simply for saves I think that moved helps your decision.
  4. In a regular season I would agree with you esp if I was in a keeper league. But since it’s redraft and a shortened season I feel Joc gives me more of what I need in power than Verdugo can. If a regular season I could be more patient. Plus Joc leads off occasionally which provides more value as well.
  5. Pressly will get the next chance. He is the veteran of the bullpen. He has a track record and we all know Dusty Baker favors the veteran guys. Now if he blows the next one like tonight, then I can see them moving to a committee.
  6. And he too, like Pressly, couldn’t get out of trouble
  7. Taylor didn’t do himself any favors by giving up 3 hits and didn’t put out the fire when called upon. He earned a blown save as well tonight in the box score. The runs weren’t his but that was a prime spot to shut the door and prove himself.
  8. He hasn’t thrown for several days and this is only his second appearance unless I’m wrong. I think he’s still rusty.
  9. I don’t know much about him. Is he known as a power guy? All his HRs this year have come against Seattle. They’re not HRs barely getting over the wall either.
  10. Ok I feel like this guy deserves a page with how he’s currently hitting. Already has 4hrs on the year and looks locked in at the plate. I know that Castro is the bigger name on the Angels but with how Stassi is currently hitting I feel he will get the larger share of playing time until he cools down.
  11. Hopefully someone will persuade me to or not. Contemplating on making the decision before midnight if possible 😬😬
  12. 12-team, standard 5x5, roto league Thinking of adding Joc Pederson and dropping Alex Verdugo. Joc has been putting up better numbers so far and my team definitely could use the power numbers. Verdugo finally hit a homerun tonight but is that enough to hold onto him? Should I make this move with my roster below? C- Chadwick Tromp 1B- Freddie Freeman 2B- DJ LeMaheiu 3B- Rafael Devers SS- Trea Turner OFs- Austin Meadows, Wil Myers, Alex Verdugo UTIL- David Fletcher, Dansby Swanson Bench- Tommy Edman SPs- Patrick Corbin, Griffin Canning, Dustin May, Garrett Richards, Dallas Kuechel, Cristian Javier, Jordan Montgomery RPs- Josh Hader, Daniel Hudson, Jairo Diaz, Ryan Pressly, Zack Britton
  13. Is he expected to move from the pen to rotation? I would think they want Gore for the rotation.
  14. So was this more of a result of a struggling lineup or a solid pitching performance? Does he seem more of a streamer?
  15. The Ks are disappointing. But the ratios look great. Anyone watch him and can give insight on how his stuff looked?
  16. I dropped him cuz I already had shares of Hader, Britton, Hudson, Diaz and Pressly. It certainly depends on how deep your league is. My thought process basically was yes he’s throwing hard and looks solid so far but IF he’s sharing duties with Holland then it really hurts his value ESP considering how little save opportunities the Royals will receive. I was a Kennedy owner last year and the same was said about limited chances, however in a 60 game season it’s hard to justify holding him if you’re in a 12-teamer or less
  17. Just got the call up. But for the bullpen to start
  18. Ya I would have to agree with the above post, having a couple bench bats is crucial with so many games being postponed. Javier would probably be the drop but it’s hard to drop someone who’s getting you saves, however he is the weakest RP of the group and most likely to hurt you.
  19. Flores has been solid so far. I listed him as my bench player If I have everyone starting. But due to all the postponed games he’s helped out with average and counting stats. Hell of a lot more than Verdugo haha
  20. I replied more so for the poster to know which Hudson you meant 🤣. But yes I would swap Dakota for Spencer Turnbull
