  1. Giants Fan here, with Drake on my squad. I will be playing Drake this week. He’s had a consistent floor for the past few games. Murray’s injury keeping him from vulturing goal-line touches makes a huge difference. I love my Giants, and the D is excitingly better, but this is not the Steelers suffocating D, that you avoid player your good players against (if you have options). The Giants D are more bend-but-don’t-break, & there will likely be a couple of nice opportunities for KD to shine. I say 90 total yds, 2-3 catches and an outside shot for a TD. 5% cha
  2. Oof. I was all happy about clinching a playoff spot, and you lay on this dose of dark possibility. After seeing how the pats crushed the chargers, I would say all Rams get a slight downgrade. Goff maybe a bigger downgrade than the other offensive pieces. Pats are the ones traveling, which makes it a bit better. I’d like to think McVay has some new ideas to counter Bill. Bobby is more a volume guy than ever, and his role works in any game situation. I’d say he hits at least 8 catches, but the yardage will be lower. Say, 9 for 80. If he gets a td, that will push him into wr2
  3. FantasyFootballers is the best listen, and FootballGuys have great info. I second the Dr Gene Bramel endorsement. Living the Stream is good grist for the mill and they can make you laugh. Too much poop humor the last couple of seasons though. The Pat Mayo Experience is thorough, but he’s Canadian, so it’s a bit oddball. I like Fitz on Fantasy a lot. He’s knowledgeable, he has good guests, and he’s humble and soft spoken, which is nice.
  4. Coleman is out. Yes, Hasty has a lead role. But, with the Niners facing a Packers D that is giving up the most points and TDs to RBs, 9th in catches allowed by QBs and likely playing catch-up, [McKinnon] looks like a darn good RB2/flex start tonight, does he not?
  5. I've been on ffToday since y2K. Their stats tools let you look at how different teams fare vs. different positions. There's the very handy visual Rest of Schedule tool (linked below) that you can view by position. Also, from their stats page you can drill down to see how players at a position scored each week against that defense, which allows you to see what outliers might be skewing data. You can set up with your league scoring settings too. https://fftoday.com/stats/fantasystats.php?o=3&PosID=10&LeagueID=
  6. There was a whole lot of positivity around Drake all summer. Many of us had him ranked at the end of the first, around Jacobs and Sanders and ahead of the guys with “question marks”, AJones and Ekeler. He was a high confidence RB1 with top 5 upside, many people proclaimed. The hype on Drake was based on how he balled out down the stretch, and how the maturation of Murray, the addition of Hopkins, and the fast rate of play that the Cards were going to play. This was going to be a high scoring offense going up and down the field. Drake would benefit from spread defenses and would be peppered
  7. I have McKinnon, Jonnu and Kelley and just one starter spot for one of them on my roster. Someone is going to massively blow up while on my bench.
  8. https://titanswire.usatoday.com/lists/tennessee-titans-minnesota-vikings-injury-report-thursday-week-3/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=NFLdraftmaverickKailaMike From TitansWire: The good news is that Smith returned to practice, so it appears Wednesday was just a rest day. Jonnu is back in my lineup. That means Gesicki will go for 6/95/1 tonight and the next 3 days will be angst-ridden.
  9. These two are a strong pair. I’m happy to say that both are on my team. Jonnu has an edge over Gesicki for me, but each of them has a wide range of possible outcomes each week. Jonnu (along with a few other TEs around the league) looks like he could be the next consistent TE1 we’ve been waiting for. But those precious targets are not as bankable as they are with Kelce and Kittle, yet. That said, I’m watching practice reports today. I don’t want to play around with injury reports for the next three days. Unless I hear the all clear signal for Jonnu from the Titans, I’m
  10. Anyone find any info on why Jonnu sat out practice?
  11. Saw this on twtter yesterday: Browns Highest-Scoring RB by Week (PPR) W1: Chubb W2: Chubb W3: Chubb W4: Chubb W5: Chubb W6: Chubb W7: BYE W8: Chubb W9: Chubb ~Kareem Hunt returns from suspension~ W10: Hunt W11: Hunt W12: Chubb W13: Hunt W14: Hunt W15: Chubb W16: Hunt W17: Hunt W1 (2020): Hunt You are sitting pretty with Hunt. Thanks for mine.
  12. 12 Team Half ppr. My team is 1-0. My receivers are strong but I lack a hammer at RB. They are 0-1 and have just lost MT for a bit. Me: RB: Drake, Hines, MBrown, Akers, TCohen, JKelley WR: Adams, Ridley, DJMoore, Woods Them: RB: Ekeler, JT, JRobinson, RJones, AGibson, PBarber WR: Hilton, Ruggs, Shepard, MThomas I can offer a package like Ridley/JKelley for JT/Ruggs. Thoughts? WHIR
  13. I love Lindsay, but turf toe is notoriously tough to shake off. It could be a week or two, or could hobble him all season. I’m not great at RB, so I don’t have the time to wait and see when he gets back. I’m bidding on two of those hot RB FA adds, and dropping Lindsay. If I had better RB depth, it might be worth waiting.
  14. Full disclosure: Akers owner here. I think this thinking of McVeigh as basing decisions only on victories and success may be over simplifying. McVeigh is coach of men. He knows that it takes time to build a true pro, and the road is rarely straight up. He knows that Cam is a young guy, with talent he appreciated enough to spend the draft capital to acquire him, WHO WAS PLAYING HIS FIRST SNAPS ON AN NFL FIELD. I'd say that McVeigh will be realistic and that Cam will get his chance again. Not every rookie back hits the scene like CEH or KHunt. There's coaching to be done, and r
  15. The acquisition of Fournette certainly adds to what was already a potent Bucs offense. Brady has to get a bump up in his projection totals, right? You have to figure that Lenny will catch a few balls from near the goal line that might have been Rojo runs otherwise.
  16. For most of the summer, I was in on those mid round upside QB's. I was aiming to pick up Dak, Kyler or Wilson in Round 5 after starting with 2 Rbs and WRs each. I've moved off of that. The opportunity cost is real. There are too many really good roster building players in those middle rounds. Some will blow up (Like Ekeler, who was drafted in the 8th last year). Teams didn't win last season because they drafted Lamar Jackson; They won because they drafted Lamar Jackson in the 9th round. Now I intend to make sure I leave round 10 with one of Wentz, Brady, or Stafford.

  18. I am currently drafting from the 1 spot in a 12 team PPR Best Ball S L O W draft. After taking CMac at 1.1, I went Clyde Edwards-Helaire at 2.12 and Lamar Jackson at 3.1 Let me explain: I love CEH's prospects. Everything is a gamble, so I went with him. All the other RBs took him over (MG3, Gurley, JTaylor, Carson) have question marks that are part of the package. The potent KC offense, Reid's record of stud RBs and the fresh legs are why I went with him. If one of Kelce or Kittle fell, I would have went with them, but they were taken in the 2nd. I am a Late QB
  19. I need Tyreek and Aaron Jones to outscore Travis Kelce by 4 points.
