  1. I'm a Berrios fan. If Holds/Saves were counted as one category I would do this deal.
  2. I know I need offensive help. I feel like I have too many mediocre bats and not enough slots to start them. 5x5 Roto - 12 Team. Any suggestions? Or do I just wait it out and be patient with my injuries. I'm currently 7/12. Let me know your thoughts! Batters: C: Kurt Suzuki 1B: Matt Olson 2B: Jose Ramirez 3B: Brian Anderson SS: Alex Bregman MI: Dansby Swanson CI: Justin Bour OF: Andrew Benintendi, Nomar Mazara, Jay Bruce, Mallex Smith UTIL: Yonder Alonso, Matt Adams Bench: Ryan Zimmerman, Jose Pirela, Jesus Aguilar DL: Jake Lamb, Adam Eaton, Eric Thames P (10 Active Slots): Clayton Kershaw Corey Kluber Aaron Nola Yu Darvish Ken Giles Hector Neris Chris Devenski Adam Ottavino Reynaldo Lopez Brad Ziegler Bench: Luiz Gohara DL: Mark Melancon
  3. I was wondering if the strike zone on the gamecast was off today. Saw one on the bottom half for a strike and one inside for a strike both called balls.
  4. Have Darvish on the bump - hard to get excited after 3 innings with him but a nice 3 innings. Anyone watching? This feels like a 'get right' start even against the Brewers. Aaron Nola who has been a set it and forget it. I assume he won't be cheap going forward. And Reynaldo Lopez.
  5. Fulmer won't be getting the win. Maybe you really can't win in fantasy with this guy...
  6. I thought I had Kershaw going last night but apparently he's facing the Pirates
  7. Heard he doesn't strike anyone out and you can't win with him in fantasy
  8. RE: Hector Neris/Tommy Hunter I'm a Neris owner. Hunter is the handcuff I added. For now. Watching Arano and Rios in that pen as well.
  9. Let's see what Brian Goodwin can do. I also would like to see if Yonny Chirinos can go deeper. No pitchers today for me. Not the best days.
  10. Read he'll be back Saturday. Just scooped him up.* *as a Neris owner.
  11. I don't think there was any doubt of Neris' role last night. Phillies took the lead and Neris came out in the ninth. This Kapler thing is a bit overblown.
  12. I don't think Giles is in danger of losing 'the job' but definitely some opps because Peacock and Devenski can go multiple innings. With the Astros winning 95-105 games I'm not really sure how concerning that is ....
  13. I go day by day here. Wait until one of his guys inflates his ratios. Of course - like you said, you start everyone if someone gets torched. But you have the upper hand here and luxury of waiting in a daily league. You're guaranteed two categories whether you stand pat (WHIP and ERA) or go business as usual (W and Ks).
  14. I was expecting there to be more on this guy. Seems to be a potentially nice under the radar find.
  15. Kershaw and Happ on the bump for me. More curious about Kapler managing this game/bullpen with Ben Lively going.
  16. Thames is hitting the ball well today. No ground balls here. Fly Out. Line Out. Home Run. Double.
  17. Reminds me of prime Chase Utley.
  18. Matt Olson for me and I'm a Phillies guy.
  19. I love the early season overreactions. Absolutely missed the gameday threads. I'll be in the weeds watching these. But to be like the others.. Let's go.. Kershaw Nola JA Happ Jake Odorizzi
  20. This rollercoaster is not for everyone.
  21. I'm keeping Pham here. Don't think he'll do worse than last year.
  22. I'd have to go Sanchez. Snell isn't there yet for me.
