  1. Was offered Chubb and Tyreek Hill for Cooper and Godwin. First reaction was no, since Mahomes is out and Chubb could split some carries with Hunt. Definitely need help at RB2 though. Have CMC but other backs are Ingram, White, and Singletary. Ingram has disappeared after some good early weeks. Could counter with one of the receivers for Chubb. Thoughts? My other receivers are Julio Jones and Kupp.
  2. Currently have Goff at QB, who has been pretty mediocre and horrible last week. He has a couple good matchups coming up, but I'm looking to upgrade at QB. I've been carrying A.J. Green but it's taking him forever to get back. Another owner has Ryan, Brady and Brees. Would you trade Green for one of the three? What do you think is Green's value? Or would you trade Green and one of my RB's (who isn't CMC) for an upgrade at RB? Currently I have J. Jones, C. Kupp, A. Cooper, and Godwin at WR CMC and Ingram at RB (Singletary and White as backup) Henry at TE.
  3. No it's not a joke. Winston is constantly under pressure, makes bad decisions, and turns the ball over all the time. He puts up big numbers is tough matchups and comes up empty is easy matchups so he's a nightmare to know when to start. He's had two big weeks that inflate his numbers, the rest have been mediocre at best.
  4. Currently have Goff and Winston at QB and intend to carry 2 through the upcoming bye weeks. Winston looked like he was improving, but last week got lucky having a couple picks nullified by penalties and it took a late garbage time TD to get him 17 points. Would you drop him for Minshew who has looked good (with a lower ceiling but more consistency) and one of the softest schedules for QB going forward? The rest of my roster is pretty solid. RB1 McCaffrey RB2 Ingram WR1 Jones WR2 Cooper WR3 Cupp FLEX Godwin TE Graham (hopefully Henry soon) Thanks.

  6. 0-7 tonight. With the decline he's been showing (starting last year), I already decided he's not a keeper next year. No use having him dragging down my team at this point.
  7. Thanks. Offense is what hurt me last year, and that makes sense. I also have Donaldson. Would you replace one of Murphy or Votto with him, to cover 3B (rather than filling Utility slots)?
  8. Trying to decide on last couple keepers. We keep 11, divided into a "top five" and "bottom six" depending on whether the player was drafted or picked up as a FA/brought up from minors. Currently I'm keeping: SP - Cole, Snell, Nola 1B - Rizzo 2B - Albies OF - Marte, Cain, Rosario, Pham I'm down to Votto, Murphy and Treinen. Closers go quick in this league, so I was thinking of keeping Treinen and Murphy (due to Coors and 1B/2B eligibility). Or should I keep the bats and wait on saves (or punt saves and pick up high quality middle relievers, since we use holds). Categories are R/RBI/HR/SB/AVG/OPS, W/ERA/WHIP/K'S/SAVES/HOLDS
  9. In a keeper points league where we redraft mid-season. Won the first half. Can keep two hitters and two pitchers. Listed below are the players I'm considering keeping, their points accumulated in the first half, along with the draft pick I would give up to keep them: Bregman - 464.75 pts - 4th round Albies - 451.75 pts - 13th round Rosario - 427 pts - 15th round Scherzer - 586.5 pts - 1st round Verlander - 550.5 pts - 3rd round Snell - 496.5 pts - 15th round Diaz - 526 pts - 7th round Players can be kept for 2 seasons. My first impression was to go with Bregman and Albies for hitters and Scherzer and Snell for pitchers. Good deals on Albies and Snell based on their draft rounds. However Snell had a bad last outing and his command looked off in the All-Star Game (could have been nerves). Verlander or Diaz might be safer but cost earlier picks. On the hitter side, Rosario is a bargain in the 15th round, not sure if that would be a better move to replace Bregman. Any advice would be appreciated.
  10. Looking to spark my offense for the second half and move from 2nd to 1st. Needing HR's RBI's and OPS. Was offered Eddie Rosario and Josh Naylor for Jo Adell and my second round pick next year. This is a league where 11 players are kept by each team, so 132 players are off the board before our first round of drafting. Thoughts? I always have trouble figuring out a fair return for prospects. Adell has been ranked as high as 3 in some of the mid-season prospect rankings. Kevin
  11. I have Pham and he's been on my bench as well. He's was HORRIBLE in June and pretty pathetic so far in July. He was "elite" for one year and is 30 years old. I haven't dropped him YET but if he doesn't start a turn around soon, he's going to be gone.
  12. Man, Perez has been awful. Hope you guys are right and he turns things around.
  13. Thanks guys. Pretty sure I'm either going to take the deal, or do the smaller deal getting Murphy and Boxberger for Kingery. Kind of leaning toward the latter at this point.
