  1. I still think Darvish has a nice season. He was just rusty tonight.
  2. He was better than his line suggests. He hit 96 MPH with his fastball and generated 19 whiffs. 5.1 IP, 3 ER 0 BB 7 Ks. Pick him up if he's still available.
  3. Darvish can't find the strike zone tonight.
  4. This guy is rock solid. I think that his bat will allow him to stick in this lineup once Lowrie returns.
  5. He's looking good so far. Could be a breakout season hitting in this stacked Phillies' lineup.
  6. If he can stay healthy, he's going to hit 30 bombs. This guy is mashing so far.
  7. Got him at 130 in my OBP league. He's got a high-floor - at worst he should post a .360 OBP with 20 HRs and 10 SBs. The upside is much higher this year than the last two since he'll be leading off for a Top-5 lineup in MLB in that bandbox of a park.
  8. No one is saying he's going to be great, but in a deep league he's a nice pick in the later rounds. This guy slashed .255/.354/.513 in his last full season in the bigs.
  9. Sanchez is going to bounce-back this season. Last year, injuries were the cause of his poor production. He has higher upside than Realmuto and should be the first catcher off the board.
  10. I'm going to do one for each team: Carlos Correa hits 40 homers and wins AL MVP. Jesus Luzardo posts a sub-3.00 ERA with 10+ K/9. Domingo Santana bounces back to a 25/15 season. Tyler Skaggs posts sub-3.50 ERA. Joey Gallo hits 45+ HRs with a .240 AVG and .340 OBP. Trevor Bauer posts a sub-2.00 ERA and wins AL Cy Young. Michael Pineda has a career season with the Twins: sub-3.50 ERA. Adalberto Mondesi is a bust: sub-.230 AVG and sub-.290 OBP. Miguel Cabrera stays healthy all year and hits .300. Yoan Moncada hits 30 HRs with 15 SBs. Masahiro Tanaka posts a sub-3.00 ERA with 200+ Ks. Xander Bogaerts goes 100/.300/100. Tyler Glasnow posts a sub-3.00 ERA. Ken Giles is a Top-5 closer in fantasy before getting traded at the deadline. Alex Cobb posts a sub-3.50 ERA. Anthony Rendon goes 100/.300/100. Josh Donaldson hits 35+ home runs. Noah Syndergaard posts a sub-2.50 ERA with 260+ Ks and wins NL Cy Young. Lewis Brinson goes 20/20. Nick Pivetta breaks out with a sub-3.00 ERA and 200+ Ks. Kris Bryant hits 40+ HRs and wins NL MVP. Jimmy Nelson returns to form en route to a sub-3.00 ERA. Paul Goldschmidt disappoints fantasy owners and hits less than 30 HRs. Joe Musgrove breaks out for Pittsburgh with a sub-3.00 ERA and sub-1.15 WHIP. Finally out of the LA limelight, Yasiel Puig shines with 30+ HRs and 15+ SBs. Kenta Maeda stays in the rotation all season, finishes as a Top-25 SP. Manny Machado hits less than 30 HRs. Madison Bumgarner returns to form with a sub-3.00 ERA. German Marquez and Jon Gray each have sub-3.50 ERAs with 200+ Ks. Zack Greinke posts a 4.00+ ERA.
  11. Rendon is as consistent as they come, he just needs to stay healthy. I have a hunch that he's going to step up in a big way this year with Harper gone. Top-5 3B.
  12. Robles is going around the same pick as Eloy Jimenez, but he's the much safer choice since he'll be up in the bigs from Day 1 and due to his SBs. BUY!
  13. Yep, whoever drafts Yelich in the Top 5 or even Top 10 is going to be disappointed.
  14. I have Tanaka at #19 in my SP ranks. His combination of control + strikeouts is among the league's best. He needs to step up this year with the Severino injury. Tanaka is going to rack up wins on this team I think he will be the most valuable of the Yankees' staff. BUY.
  15. Very low on this guy this year due to the poor plate discipline. He also never stole bases in the minors at the same rate that he did in last year's stretch. Sometimes we get too caught up into guys with HR + SB upside. I'll let someone else draft him.
