So I haven’t been watching Pelican games. What happened? He was on fire to start the season then his rebounds/ assists dropped off hard.

Oh my this looks like a stinker so far

He is shooting 34.2% so far this year (his career avg is 43.9%). If history is anything to go by our Buddy also started slow last season. He gets between 12-20 shots per game with over 30 minutes a game. The fact that he hasn’t been benched is big. I think it’s only a matter of time. Side note I drafted him 100th in a 10 man so it’s an easy hold.

0 points, 3 assists, 1 rebound, 2 steals, 0 blocks, 3 turnovers in 16 minutes. Only way to go is up from this one but Garland looking awful nice right now.

So any opinions on this guy? He’ll probably be just as rusty as Whiteside when the season picks back up. I hope it doesn’t turn into a Brooklyn Nets time share situation.

Is this a reason to be optimistic? At this point he’s starting to feel like a Mike Conley.. after Tuesday's practice, coach Dwane Casey said: "Should be full boat [Wednesday vs. Toronto] but we're not going to make that commitment until game time." We can expect another update on BG's status after Wednesday morning's shootaround. Christian Wood and Markieff Morris would see their playing time reduced if Griffin is cleared to return.
