Allen Robinson 2017 Season Outlook

We just need to remember, the real game for ARob starts in the 4th quarter, when the Jags are down by 30.

He went for 9/107/1 in their first game against Houston last year!

Hoping he can fall somewhere between the past few seasons. It's hard to imagine anything being worse than last year.

Losing Bouye has to help AR15 as well, right?  I know Watt is back, but maybe the OLine can stop him every other play.

J. Joseph isn't a slouch. While I'm sure ARob still clowns him, the question has to be how dialed in the QB is to ARob..I'm worried, as a Robinson owner, that "named" CB1's like Bouye, Sherman and others might cause the QB to completely ignore the stud. Versus these CB1's, ball placement is everything, and we know how well Bortles throws an accurate pass.

No one is stopping a healthy Watt.

Please could somebody tell me anything to get excited about ARob @HOU?

JJ Watt may knock Bortles out for the year?

9/107/1 in his first game vs Houston last season. Granted it was with Houston's D at less than full strength, but still.  Also from the optimistic side is ARob's 2 games with Marrone as the coach.  Maybe he doesn't have quite the upside of that line from last season, but something like 6/60 with a 50% chance of a TD will play in most leagues.

I really don't understand all the hate on bortles when it comes to fantasy. Really. I'm kinda getting tired of hearing it too. I know he was innacurate last year, but he also won me some championships. The guy was productive, while being real world s---. And he's still miles ahead of anyone else on that team in terms of talent. So if you really want henne to take over and throw 14 tds this year, keep talking.

Agreed I'm all in on Bortles for A Rob production. 10+ targets a game is the reason he will meet middle ground of 2015 and 2016. Also Bortles can get in a groove and fire a ball 60 yards and change our week in one play. I don't think Henne can do that at all in a regular season game.

Didn't look that bad. Hopefully hammy.

they've said it was his knee many times. And it always looks bad when a player is lying on the ground in pain grabbing at his knee. I'm hoping its just a knee sprain though and not a ligament tear.

Yeah, I didn't see the lying on the ground part. Just the catch and the pull up on the sidelines...
