Doesn't exactly give a ringing endorsement.  Might be a hot mess

Crazy to hope they make Chapman a lefty specialist and insert Robertson as closer?

Yep, absolutely crazy

I'm avoiding CWS situation altogether. I'd bet no reliever on their roster gets more than 8 saves the rest of the way

I know off topic of the White sox/yanks, but is Keone Kela definitely the Rangers closer when he comes back?

If I had to only pick one Rangers reliever to own right now, it is still him. But definitely? No, Claudio has been very good in his stead so nothing is definite.

Which one of you guys are "Behind In The Count" in my Yahoo Pro League

I am. You must be the guy in last place.

Re: Detroit

Up 8-3, SGreene pitched the 7th. AWilson then pitched the 8th & 9th.

Maybe they were saving Rondon for a set up role??

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good luck speculating on this one.

Did you see Clippard this season? Sure he could reinvent himself like Dyson, but he looks done

With Clippard coming in the deal does he close for ChiSox or is it Schwark?

We don't know but have discussed last page or two if you'd just like to read everyone's thoughts.

Swarzak is 31 and a free agent after this year. I'd say there's a pretty big chance he gets dealt with the White Sox cleaning house. He's their best bet and probably worth a pickup to see if he stays but don't be surprised if he's dealt

my hope is that they showcase him for a week or so in a closer role to give his value a slight bump.  Can always drop him later on.

Not so fast on Swarzak. Sounds like Clippard coming back in deal. Has "closer experience."

Clippard has been a complete total turd this season.  I assume the Yankees had to pay his salary to trade him out of town to Chicago.

Crazy.  Lunatic.  Bizzaro world.  Alternate facts.

In the Nightengale article he called Ari getting JD and Robertson to NYY.

As a Rivero owner I'm not dismissing him getting traded although that better be for a ton.

Nicasio the obvious next up there,  correct?

the only saving grace for madson owners - right now i think is that assuming they go in order in the 8th, the 3rd batter in the 9th would be harper. he bats left obviously, and doolittle completely dominates lefties.

Harper and Doolittle are on the same team.
