That is your opinion and you are entitled to it but Henry is not a bad football player.

He's not great in fantasy which was the big debate in this thread. He's not good and he's not a league winner or anything close. Just gotta accept it.

2.5ypc between the tackles disagrees. the reason lewis is being used so much is he's actually good and keeps drives alive.

Henry is an oversized scatback, he has no power when he runs. dude gets tackled down by single arm tackles.

oh no we're confused again....

Of course. DHCs refuses to admit he was wrong with all his bold DH talk.

Does Steven Jackson count?

People in this thread were acting like his size is a positive. No one claimed that tall players can't be good RBs. Rather tall RBs rarely succeed and their stats are far worse across the board. Anecdotal evidence is not the best argument.

This guy sucks. But can he be productive any other team? I wonder if he would fit in NE with Belichick

He would score like 17 tds and average like 30 yards a game

Hot take: Todd Gurley and David Johnson are also big and tall.

6'1 220-230

Not 6'3 near 250.

Undersized RBs can succeed and can big and tall..but they have to over-come a natural disadvantage. That is all being said.

Henry will never be fantasy relevant with sporadic useage because of his limited skill set.

I fixed that for you:D

What matters most is talent and IQ. To make the NFL you're at least an above average athlete. Henry looked like a dud at his average draft position. I got attacked and confused reaction'd in here a lot but its quite clear now who was confused.

Dion Lewis is the man to own. In the future, if the Titans can develop an average offense then Henry might be valuable for TDs.

So far this season:

Dion lewis:

92 rushes for 339 yards 3.7 ypc 1TD

33 catches for 259 yards 1 receiving TD

Derrick Henry:

90 rushes for 300 yards, 3.3 ypc, 2TD

8 catches for 54 yards, 0TD

And that's with Henry as the lead back. Outscored by Lewis in 4 out of 8 weeks

TURRIBLE just TURRIBLE

Dion: Yo Derrick you're trash bro

Henry: *cries in giant*

Maybe he would perform better if they stopped giving him the same jersey size as Dion Lewis?

He's a running back who is afraid of contact...this week for sure

He's a running back that think he's Darren Sproles. He's not Darren Sproles.

I get what you're trying to say, but Brown and Dickerson would be elite if they played today. Are you seriously insinuating that Jim Brown and Eric Dickerson would not be successful in today's NFL?

Not at all, they had different motors.  Derrick Henry always looks like he’s running in quick sand.  Nothing ever looks pretty when he’s touching the ball.

Since when was he the lead back for 8 weeks?

It’s funny reading people like you bitch about this thread’s page count, when a majority of the posts on here is people trolling DHC and talking about how trash Henry is as a player.
