Don't worry after Patriots lose to horrible Lions team, they will have no choice but to throw Gordon into the fire next week.

Yup - Pats’ offense looks pretty rough so far. They need him. Calling it now: 7-150 with 2 TDs next week.

This is just like the time God realized that sitting a banged-up Jesus in one of heaven's softball games was a mistake.

This game is perfect for Josh Gordon owners. He gets healthy and belichick realizes how much he needs him.

In before Patriots come back and win but Bill won't forget the first 3 quarters.

Exactly right. No field stretchers. JG is the perfect addition to this offense.

To rest a hamstring injury he got a few weeks ago? Someone's a bitter Chris Hogan owner....

They are mauling Gronk over the middle, they have a spy on James white/Michel/Rex out of the backfield. It's what happens when you don't have to worry about scrubs like Hogan and Dorsett.

Even if Gordon is just good, he is a huge improvement over the garbage they have at WR.

After watching this abomination, I realize that the Pats need JG, far more than I initially thought.  Provided Josh can do the right thing, and get/stay on the field, the results could be downright glorious.

Wow, they should have played him, even if he just jogged around the field. Gronk is getting double and triple teamed over there and nobody else can get open. It's a disaster right now for that team.

Couldn't have worked out better for Gordon.

1. Patriots offense looks lethargic when Gronk is taken out of the picture

2. Gets another week to heal up his hammy and learn the playbook some more

3. Dorsett getting injured late means they need him out on the field that much more

If anyone watched the Patriot games, there is a mutual need from the Patriot side and the Gordon side.

Brady has been slowing down and frankly isn’t as good as he has been in the past.  The Patriots are WR needy.  Their defense doesn’t seem as good as past years.  They have a lot of problems

what I’m saying is that the Patriots don’t accept losing and they need Gordon this year almost as much as Gordon needs them.  They haven’t looked anything close to a Super Bowl team.  Gordon is their life raft

Here’s to hoping this post ages well

After tonight’s game...bump.  Bring on Mr Gordon

And all this does not matter because he is a mental headcase.  His mental issues outweigh his talent.  Always had been, always will be.

Was he a mental headcase when he dropped 1600+ yards and 2-200 yard games in 2013? I mean you did say, ALWAYS

They sure don't seem to when he's out on the field.

No kidding. Dude has played like 5 games since 2013. What does he need to rest from? Get out there and just run deep and take a few defenders with you. Geesh
