Who has a safer floor, Baldwin or Brandin Cooks?

If Kupp and Woods have a safer floor than Cooks (in PPR),

Baldwin's floor compared to Cooks is rock solid.

What's his line this weekend? 6 for 60 and possibly a TD? I can see him getting 11-12 targets but this game might not have a ton of points going for it. I can also see just these two teams trying to run the ball over and over into futility.

They need Baldwin, but Chris Harris Jr. is tough too. He's a good start especially if you got him in the late 3rd like I had to (doh)

I gotta tell you guys I’m not really concerned about this knee tweak

baldwin is everything you want in a fantasy receiver. Red zone targets. QBs favorite weapon. Not much competition for catches

to add to your post.....

...BUT if you have  a better option, this would be the week to observe with him on your bench (with the understanding that it may burn you, which if it happens, should be considered as a positive)

Anyone can burn you in week 1, look at Devonta Freeman. Start your studs week 1 and observe/adjust from there. But I do agree and have said it before, unless you have two WR's that you drafted ahead of Baldwin, just start them instead.

Baldwin plays in the slot a lot and will not be shadowed by elite CBs

His worst matchup of the season is this week against Harris, who will shadow him. Big reason I'm starting Cole/Stills over him week 1.

You’re starting Cole and Stills ahead of Doug Baldwin?  Rule #1 of fantasy sports, don’t get cute.  You drafted him for a reason.

Rule #1 of fantasy sports: start the players most likely to score points, regardless of where you drafted them or how much you paid to acquire them.

So 2 of your starters this week will be Cole & Stills?  Or you still have not decided between the two?

From what I read this is an injury to his right knee when the left knee was the problem during training camp. I didn't see the play but Dave Richard it looked like his leg got rolled up. Sounds more like a freak accident than a problem caused by trying to play through an injury. Hopefully its just a sprain and he won't miss much time.

Doug Baldwin down for the Seahawks. Looks like he got rolled up on.
