so is anyone picking up glasnow in redrafts due to the trade?

Really really really depends on roster size.  I think he needs more time.

Archer and Gausmann...

Both go from the AL to NL.

No more AL East ballparks.

No more AL East lineups.

That's got to be worth at least .5 of era right?

I think the AL/NL gap has narrowed to the point of being negligible over the years.

Brewers discussing Schoop. what happens to Travis Shaw? Moustakas?

Brewers loading up on offense, but not pitching. SMH.

Brewers current mentality is score runs, leave to bullpen, hopefully starters can go 5 with 3 ER or less

Take out the DH also for most of their starts.

I was so close to dropping you Gausman and never taking a glance at you again, then you pull me right back in!!

No way in redrafts.  He is still really messed up.

So no Rodney or Yates moving today

Rodney has been blowing up his audition tapes of late and destroyed his chances.  Yates could go via waivers route.

Unless some last-minute deals come in, closer hierarchies didn't change as much as expected.

Yeah, but the prospect haul was much better in that fake report.  Glasnow and Meadows...  Sheesh.  Can't believe TB couldn't do better for a controllable innings-eating starter with ace upside.

You know it's funny, a lot of Pirate fans (younger fans) are freaking out. I guess 20+ years of losing and being used to hoarding prospects does that.

I'm ecstatic about it for Pittsburgh. Gave away good chips, but not as much as I thought they'd give. Tampa still got good pieces. A good trade both ways.

With his low salary Yates won't make it very far on waivers.

But they also have to bat.  How comfortable are they doing that?
