Have a feeling Saints game plan for Ridley in this one. Maybe allow Hooper and Sanu to beat them. Julio always going to get his.

Playing him over Humphries and DJ Moore. His last match up with the Saints he had 40 in ppr. It's going to be a shootout. 150 yards and 2 TD's

Just a reminder, you heard it here first!

Plz man...the guy wasnt involved until the very end...a broken play got him most of his yards..it was an awful game for the falcons...there was alot of risk to rhis one..consider urself lucky this week

The point is it wasn’t an awful game for Ridley - or basically any of the startable Falcons - for fantasy purposes.  Ridley came within a yard of having a monster game.

Worth keeping for falcons shootouts or sell high cause he was lucky this game? I’m hesitant to trust him in a starting role

I don't have any specific stats, but after watching the tape, the Browns seemed to use Ward on Ridley quite a bit, and then rolled coverage over to Julio.  I understand the final stat line now, and am not too worried about it.  I guess the fact that Ward was on Ridley tells you all you need to know about his talent.

So this exact same thing happened again, and I'm thinking this is what defenses are going to end up doing moving forward.  The Saints stuck Lattimore (their best cover corner) on Ridley, and then put Eli Apple and rolled safety coverage to Julio.

Again, this tells you all you need to know about how defenses are treating Ridley.  Unfortunately, if he's facing the top dawg each week, stats are going to be even harder to come by.

Julio Ryan and Ridley are all solid starts in fantasy because their defense is horrible so they're always playing hard. They are rarely run the ball.

Man what could’ve been. I’ll take it though. His playoff schedule is nice too (weeks 14-16).

Teams are focused on stopping Julio, so that is a good thing for Calvin.  Ridley dusted Lattimore several times with precise route-running, and, as mentioned, was a goal-line fumble (excellent ball punch by Lattimore) away from another monster game.
