Anthony Davis Season Outlook 2018-2019

Recommended Posts

I know AD is practically consensus #1 draft, but I told myself 2 seasons ago I’d never draft the guy because I can’t handle how often he visits the locker room. Just not worth the heart attacks.

Although if you’re a seasoned AD owner maybe you’re numb to it at this point.

I was way ahead of my time. I was like Bruno Caboclo. 2 years away from being 2 years away.

It's not weird because he can actually play right now and it won't make the injury worse, but the finger is going to be very painful during the initial few days. The injury is technically a fracture,

If brow sits I’ll retire from fantasy basketball until the nba institutes a rule for this style of sh!t...   I spend my hard earned bucks to play in a competitive league only to be stabbed i

You could make your own age limit rule in order to own him.  As long as you are playing fantasy basketball under 45 or under, you should be safe to still make it through owning him each season.

This season is my first time ever owning him, and while the occasional scare (and his early season elbow injury) can become annoying, the near nightly dominant lines he gives you makes it worthwhile.  He's simply that good.

Am I the only one who hates to see new messages in AD's thread? The first thought that pops in my head is always "oh no, is he DTD?"

The only time a message should be posted in this thread is when he goes back to the locker room lol

I have to disagree. Westbrook and Simmons kill you in category leagues. I would do that trade in a heartbeat if it's 12-team league. 14-team league then depends on your FA and if you can hustle a semi-decent throw in.

AD and my anxiety... bad combo...

edit: back on the bench

I need to see our boy back on court before I smile again. Bucks game callers keep referring to him being "out"

Yet another Pelican with a twisted ankle.

For what its worth it didn't look all that serious so I don't expect Davis to miss any significant time. He should be back out there in the 2nd half

Now it's an illness?  WTF is going on???

edit: oh...

just prior to the ankle, there was a play where he was holding his stomach. I thought he took a shot to the guts but maybe its period cramps
