Is LeBum McCoy droppable?

Recommended Posts

Are any of you holding on?

I can't trade this guy away and he's just taking up space!!

EDIT: I was harsh on the title. He's not a bum, it's his team. Apologies to Mr. McCoy.

No, and it's rough because he has a bleak outlook for the next few weeks, but the upside (if he gets traded or the offense gets halfway competent) makes him hard to drop. I'd certainly rather have him on my bench than Buck Allen.

In a 12 team league no way you drop him.

If the rookie QB can start moving the offense and they get some easier opponents he can have some value later on.

No way. He is still a top 10 RB on talent. As people noted above, if the offense becomes halfway decent he can return significant value. Even if it continues to suck he will be no worse than a RB2. He has the talent to break off big runs and make something out of nothing in several games and his floor isn't that much worse than a typical RB2. He is a RB2 with RB1 upside.

He’s so frustrating to own I agree, but can’t drop him. Hope his team turns things around on offense!
