Spencer Dinwiddie 2018-19 Season Outlook

Recommended Posts

I don't get to see the games, but what's caused the drop-off recently? Since the Charlotte game dud, been relatively mediocre, around the 5 dishes but today with a tiny number of shots up. Has there been a changed team dynamic from Brooklyn?

I was offered Derrick White 10 days ago during new year break. I thought it was sell high on white and buy low on Dinwinddie. Some regrets here but I think he will bounce back. He has been solid and deserve some long leash.

I watched his previous game, the guy is taking some nice shots, high percentage ones, they just aren´t falling. Idk if he lost some confidence or something, but i really hope he bounces back

Dinwiddie is and always was a sell high, especially for those making the playoffs. Dinwiddie isnt a difference maker on even the most solid team. Nets playoff schedule sucks too. Owners including myself shouldve traded him. Now we wait and hope he bounces back. When he does, I'm trading for sure.

A hidden rule among the Nets team: Russel and Din can never both play a decent game. If one shines, the other has to suck. They are strictly following this rule.

I dropped him for Oubre in a 10-teamer. Spencer's just fallen away badly, bad shooting and not too much of anything else means there's hotter players on the wire. In a bigger league he's probably a hold though.

WHAT A GAMEEEE, both at end of regulation and end of overtime. Was literally thinking about dropping this guy after the third quarter but what a comeback. Really like the post-game interview also where he spent it thanking his teammates Jarrett Allen (20/20) and Joe Harris (free throws at the end of overtime) instead of focusing on his own heroic efforts.

There will be high’s and lows owning Spencer, but worth it overall.

That's be right....geez...where the bloody hell was anything like this in the last few games? Microscopic usage in recent games, suddenly in an All-star game against Houston he's imitating Harden.

Gnash! Maybe i can scoop him off waivers lol...

I was checking our 10-team league looking at the 7 and 14, and even 30 day rankings by average, and he wasn't on the first page. Indeed he's 169th in Y! over the last 30 days in 15 matches played. So he has had a few pretty good games, but his ordinary ones are really bad, so not losing too much sleep over it given there's 120 players utilised in our league, plus a few IL's.
