Oh let me jump to the waiver wire in my 12 team 20 spot league and pick up a stud to replace him.

Yeah well hopefully you have plan B , I just don’t see OJ working out this year at all. Perhaps an injury to Godwin or Evans? But even then there is more of a likelihood that Brate steps into a bigger role. I think OJ owners are toast this year.

The only team that would trade for and possibly provide proper value are the Pats. Arians has depressed his value quite a bit and maybe Pats realize that and scoop him up.

Luckily one doesnt need an elite TE to win at fantasy.

I think that is an amazing scenario that will never happen.

Patriots likely have moved on from featuring a TE. That is what Belichick does. He molds the offense and defense to the players he has. He doesn't go out looking for the right player to fit his scheme. Gronk was a once in a lifetime kind of TE. Not going to find another like that.

He said OJ and picks for Ramsey not CB for TE and I agree with him. I know these are hypotheticals but Ertz and a 1st for Ramsey would have been worth it and

so would OJ and a 1st for Ramsey.

I never understood teams not willing to trade disgruntled players. As a GM if a players asks for a trade and I get what I consider to be fair value why not trade them?

Howard would fit the mold for Belichick, like Cooks, in that he is towards the end of his rookie contract and undervalued by his team. I don't see anything happening this year though.

starting with no confidence, just false hope.

Me too . Hockenson is hurt and the waiver is worse then Howard.

Good luck to everyone starting him

lol. So the article is pointing out where players begin the year isn't necessarily where they will end the year. Those first 4 weeks of 2018 could end up being the peak of Howard.

They're all gone. My league has this stupid rule , you gotta keep 2 qbs , 4 rbs, 5 wrs , 2 tes, 2 k & 2 def with 1 flex.

So  there's nothing

Oof. Well best of luck, maybe this is finally the week O.J. gets it going (not holding my breath sigh...)

As long as you didn't waste the 4th round or 5th rd ADP that it took to draft Howard over a real TE stud like Evan Engram...

He will eventually score a TD and everyone will say he has arrived.

Avoided the zero today with a garbage time 10 yard reception and outscored "WR1" Mike Evans. The arrow is pointing up!

Stop in guys, say your condolences, pay your respects, and leave a rose on the casket. His 2019 season is dead.

He simply isn't part of their offense.

It seems Arians's history of completely ignoring the TE position is trumping Howard's talent, unfortunately.
