Golden Tate III 2019 Outlook

Recommended Posts

Looks like Tate might get 20 targets against the Pats at this rate. Nobody else left and they are going to be playing from behind all game.

Even up against a very good secondary he'll still probably have a very good PPR day due to sheer volume.

Against the best secondary in the league?

he won't be anywhere near Gilmore .... relax, dood - things aren't always so black n' white.

if you have him, and are that concerned, then just bench his arse - simple enuff 🤷‍♂️

Now Engram is out, man super tempted to roll him out. They will be down 35-0 by the 2nd quarter. Lots of garbage time.

the FF gods are trying to tempt me.

Anyone starting Tate with the news of all their best players out?

This is pretty much Tate on that offense against NE. No friggin' thanks.

Probably a WR1 with literally every other pass-catcher on the team out.

I hope he has a monster game just so I can trade him. I'm just not optimistic about them having literally no regular starters outside of Jones and Tate. The Pats can probably go with a three-man front with no backfield threat.

I don't need much here, 6/70 and maybe a lucky TD would be more than enough for me

ummmm not much that would be crazy good production.  Giants will be luck to get a field goal.

I literally have no other option but to start two WRs during a windy, rainy TNF game.  Kill me please, my team is already dead.

Looking at the team in your signature, your team was dead long before this week's TNF game.  About 4 weeks ago, by my approximation.

Huh? He's got 5 top-20 rbs, and Kelce. Trade away one of those RBs for a WR1 and that's a hell of a solid team. Not to get all CSB, but I mean you're calling the guy out for no reason and it doesn't even look that bad

I picked up Tate a week ahead of his return in 2 leagues. While this is a very interesting situation, I'm hesitant to fire him up. Perfect scenario...but the Pats.

Somebody convince me to fire him up!

I just hope Tate survives the night.

Flexed him last second with Watkins probably out and me not having any other bench options.  Super happy!  I think he'll be solid when they get some other playmakers back.

He wasn't a good start, and he wouldn't have been if not for a tipped, bobbled, PERFECTLY thrown ball in 20mph wind. Sometimes a guy can have a good week and your reasoning for sitting him is still correct.
