If you're going to ever start Cooks this would be the week to do it. Falcons don't have a pass rush so Goff might finally have time to let plays develop down field, and the Falcons have a burnable secondary as well.

There are way too many mouths to feed in the Rams passing game right now. Kupp, Woods, Cooks, and now Gerald Everett is stealing targets/yards/TD's.

Not cutting him, but he stays on the bench.

Yup.

Which means he probably goes off this weekend.

This is a great week to smell what Brandin is Cooks-ing. Ideal defense to exploit with a speedster deep on a injury riddled, slow defensive backfield. Put me down for 100+ with a TD

I'll say this, if Cooks doesn't put up AT LEAST WR2 numbers this week, it's definitely time to panic. This is a great matchup for him.

Personally, I think Goff and the coaches understand how important Cooks is to this offense and are going to look to get him involved a lot more over the second half of the season. When he's catching those deep bombs, it really opens up the run game and all the underneath stuff to Kupp. It's been a missing element for them all year and the offense as a whole has suffered. If it doesn't happen, it'll be because the Rams can't figure out their OL issues. The routes Cooks runs require Goff to sit in the pocket a lot longer.

Goff has honestly missed him on a few open deep balls so far.

You're right, he definitely has. From what I've seen, this isn't a Cooks issue, it's a Goff/Rams OL issue.

While I agree it's a great match up, I'm sitting him for Stills today. I just don't trust Goff as much as I do Watson. That's all it really comes down to for me.

The thread is finally unlocked. You guys cutting Cooks? He might not play another meaningful snap this year, he's had 4 concussions in 2 years.

Not cutting for now, but I think adding Reynolds is smart until we know more. I could see a similar situation to Sterling Shepard. I'm thinking Cooks won't be back again this season or at least 3-4 weeks, but you never know, he could be cleared in time for the next game. For his long-term health though they may be extremely cautious with him moving forward.

Seems like a wasted pick this year, unfortunately.

The good news is you can just pickup Reynolds. Reynolds was a contributor last year too.

I remember when he got a concussion in the Super Bowl for New England. Felt bad for him on the biggest stage and sadly this has become a pattern. At his size he is sometimes vulnerable like a rag doll.

Even if he comes back, you can't trust him or more importantly... the situation. The Rams aren't the same team as last year by any stretch so it's tough to support multiple WRs. Plus Gerald Everett has emerged into the Jordan Reed role in McVay's scheme.

He is an easy cut for me this week. Cooks role has diminished in the Rams offense and now has a  potentially serious concussion issue. I wish him the best, but I sent him to waivers first thing this morning.

Seriously considering it. Came in here to get a pulse. What's everyone else doing? I need the roster spot and I'm starting to wonder if he's gonna play again this season, and if he does does he produce even WR2 numbers. He hasn't done jack squat for the last month!

I reluctantly cut him today from my 12 team keeper league. As stated above, too many mouths to feed in the offense and the head issues are a real concern. He's seeing a concussion specialist which I think is a smart move. He needs to know now if there are any issues which may force him to make some tough decisions. I wish him the best, have always liked the player.
