I like him the best, and the question is will he be there at 32?

I think they can get him in round 2 even. With Hockerson and Fant there are two more TE that could possibly go in round 1.

Gronk is gone. . it's over folks.  ☠️

You can't replace him.

Gronk blocked and he was a big play maker all over the field.

You can't replace him.

Gronk was the mismatch for every defense.

You can't replace him.

Gronk was the secret sauce to a Hoodie+brady sandwich

It will never taste the same

The Brady era is dead even though Brady is technically still playing.

Time to replace him. . . 🤣

That's the 2018 one. If someone made a 2019 it would stay up I think.

Semantics.

Nah Pat's have won super bowls without him and the division is still crap. See you in the AFC championship game.

Ugh, this no Gronk thing is gonna turn into the next "bulletin board material" or "everyone doubted us" thing, isn't it.

They'll be just fine, because they're cruising to a division title, unless Sam Darnold is Patrick Mahomes (and probably still will even if he is).  Come playoff time, they'll find themselves against at least one choking team, and another that just can't handle a Belichick curveball, and voila, they're back where they always are.

Yup. Expect the same from the AFC in 2019.

AFC East is a trashbin and the primary reason for the Pats success. When was the last time at least 75% of that division was ever considered GOOD?  🤣

Back with the Rex Ryan Jets in their first few years they had some actual competition.

LOL at Gronk posts being deleted here. The folks at RotoWorld really don't want us to talk about him I guess.

Primary success would be BRADY and Belichick,  but mostly Brady. They would have won in any division.

Patriots werent paying Antonio Brown what he wanted and goes to sad OAK.. Another MISS for the Pats at WR. Without Gronk, this WR group is lacking. Are they depending on Gordon being reinstated? Its time the Pats swalliow some pride and start paying big for an Elite talent.

At least admit it was one of the significant catalysts for their winning streak.

No different than the Packers being spoon-fed a playoff spot for the past decade+

Yes, it is definitely a factor. Saying otherwise is silly. 75% is complete hyperbole though.

You may need to re-read the post because you are misinformed.

The question was  "When was the last time at least 75% of that division was ever considered GOOD? "

So there is no hyperbole because it wasn't an exaggerated statement or a claim.😆

How many divisions have better than half the teams good every season? Or at least for long stretches? I think the mark of a good division is 2 of the teams being playoff contenders.

The NFC East has been named the NFC Least in the last few years and has gone through long stretches where at least 2 of the 4 teams in the division suck. The Redskins and Giants have been good for a while. Cowboys are up and down. Eagles have some stability, but were up and down in Andy's last year or two and during Chip's era.

Steelers and Ravens? Sure. Bengals? nah.

No division has been as historically sucky as the AFC east. When u have a SB champ in your division usually you  go full titlt to compete against them. .  never happened, they all decided to be doormats for Hoodie.

(From before the 2018 season)

The Patriots are 71-19 since 2003 in the AFC East. That’s a .788 winning percentage. Outside the division, they are 118-32 (.786).

I bet  most wins are against the AFC teams

Would love to see the breakdown by conference 😆

I just looked at Tom Brady's splits - couldn't think of a better way to do it.

Tom Brady vs AFC 155-46 .771

Ton Brady vs NFC 52-16 .765

So yeah, Brady is a whole 6 thousandths of a percentage point better versus the AFC.

I misread. But still, 75 perçent of most divisions aren't good. So not sure what this means.
