Lamar clearly still has things to work on but his improvement from year 1 to year two has been impressive imo.

Titans are much better than their record and flew under the radar most of the year. On the other hand, Ravens have been high profile all year. Teams have likely been thinking about how to stop them for months. Titans had the perfect game plan to stop Lamar and he was trying to do too much. Their offensive and defensive lines dominated.

His biggest mistake last night was the fumble imo. He avoided the rush but held the ball way too long knowing the defender was still behind him. The first pick wasn’t really a huge mistake to me.

If Lamar can continue to work on his passing and reading defenses, next year could be even better. He may not be able to match the numbers but actual qb play could improve.

So many excuses for this guy. You dont see josh allen or kirk cousins getting the same bs excuse treatment from fans or media

For fantasy and regular season yes. But that’s a massive letdown after his performance last last year in the playoffs. Playoffs are where it really counts and he’s been terrible so far

Agree he had a bad game. But Have to put part on coaches 57 passes?? At no point should he throw the ball that much. Also eventually going for it on 4th so often will catch up to u. Put it more on coaching then Lamar on my opinion

Once the OL starts to move on to other teams and falls back to the middle of the pack and then lower when they stupidly pay this clown millions and cant afford top of the line OL, they will have Joe Flacco II. seems I'm the only one who has figured out that the OL is making this guy viable right now. The blueprint is there now. Took them forever to figure it out but a top D will always be in the playoffs and this guy has no chance vs a top D.

Fantasy wise, ride him while you can but the wheels will fall off fast. Injuries are in the future.

Mahomes? Mahomes is actually great, not a gimmick. And he can make all the throws and play like a boss in the postseason. Guy is legit

Lamar looks like the real deal as well. Sometimes teams run into a buzzsaw named Derrick Henry. The first interception was a well thrown pass to Andrews who tipped to the Titans. That really changed the momentum of the game.

Not having a healthy Andrews and Ingram really killed the offense though.

It hasn't affected a lot of players. The reason it came about was because players were coming off career seasons where they were often overworked and broke down the next season or had average seasons. Especially when it came to RB's coming off 400+ touch seasons.

First off, that was not a well thrown ball. Andrews had to fully lay out just to reach the overthrown ball and he still only got his fingers on it. How can you seriously think that was a well thrown ball?

Second off, don’t come with the injury excuses. Jackson has 11 pro bowlers around him. Wilson has 1 and Rodgers has 1 and one of them will be making it further than him.

If you want to be held to the same standard as other guys than you have to be treated the same. The narrative that Jackson is the most unstoppable QB in the NFL was pushed down everyone’s throat. Now those same people are making excuses left and right about his age, teammates, and whatever other bs they can come up with.

He choked with the most stacked roster in the NFL. That’s the reality. Is he young? Yes. However, then don’t go around calling him the most unstoppable QB when there’s proven winners in the league that have done more with way less. James Harden of the NFL looking a**...

Oh wow! the haters are out in numbers today! Where were all you doubters with your hot takes after week 16 after Lamar put up yet another 30+ points to help some of us win the championship, back when his performance still mattered regarding fantasy football? I didn't see any of you hanging out then. You guys must have been busy or something. Funny how his team finally loses a game and you all come out of your holes to start crowing.

You must all play in 19 week fantasy leagues, what with all the bitching about a qb who put up 350+ yards, 140+ rushing yards, and a TD in a second round playoff game (32ish fantasy points, depending on scoring). Dude dominated ALL season, to a historic degree, while a bunch of you spent the entire year going "well he did good THIS week but NEXT week he's TOTALLY going to be exposed" and you still, STILL can't admit you were wrong. You're all so stuck in your wrong opinion you've now reached the point where you're saying "well, he didn't win the Super Bowl in his second season so...see! I was right!".

The season is over. He put up historically good, record breaking numbers all season, week in, week out. Take the L, stop looking foolish, and we'll see you next season.

Don't you hate it when you have the PERFECT comeback, something so good it's going to make everybody on the message board forget how wrong your argument is, and you're so SO excited to get it out you fat-finger it and type out...well...that...and look even MORE wrong? Man I hate it when I do that. That's the worst. 😁

Some mental gymnastics to blame a QB's poor performance on the opposing teams running back. Jackson can't throw - get over it. He benefited from teams trying to stop the run, so he got easy passes on his 20 passes per game. Dudes still just a glorified running back. Happy to see him lose.

He just needs to work on his game management. All 3 times he played from behind this season he lost. He has 0 2nd half comebacks on the season, while someone like Russell Wilson had five, 5... meanwhile Russell had 1 other pro bowler on his team, both his rbs were lost to injury and the last game he had 3/5s of his line out to injury, yet he managed it...

Do you play in a league that gives fantasy points for not having pro bowlers as teammates? Last time I checked having pro bowlers as teammates increases a player's value.

Guy was the top qb in the league. Hell...he gave you starting qb AND starting rb numbers on the season. He was drafted on average in the 13th round. You have no actual argument against him based on any sort of facts. Your biggest issue is "he ran too much"? I'm not sure you're going to like football in the coming decade of you have such an issue with mobile QBs.

How can anybody have an issue with the season this guy just had?
