That's true, I prefer the set and forget process.  I don't like wasting unnecessary moves finding the next gem kicker

There are top-5 kickers on the wire all season long.

It's no effort. Like three weeks into the season look at the top kickers. There will be 1 or 2 unowned. Grab one. Set it and forget it. Got Forbath last year. Think he finished like 2nd.

27 more posts for you, let's keep this debate open, again, you can't waste limited moves on finding the right kicker, get ur Greg the leg or tucker and move on, save your moves for other spots

We're not talking top 5, I'm talking the top

I can't think of a week I ever lost due to the kicker position. Or won for that matter.

There is marginal difference between them all. It doesn't matter.

Oh man, I remover a couple, like that time when Hardin had 3 tds called back and hauschka saved the day on a game winning kick,

oh wait, I had a stat correction on Thursday where they changed a td pass from Alex smith to jamaal as a pitch, it took away almost 10 points off my stat correction, I lost by 5

I'm serious!, 24 to go, I prefer to get the kicker early, set and forget, no need to roster backups, same as qbs, and a top 3 te, set and forget, don't need to waste your bench with multiple backups

Anybody thinking about replacing him for their Championship?

He’s only hit double digits once in 7 games using standard kicker scoring since their bye week.  This past week was very frustrating.

We know he’s one of the best ever, but they go for it on 4th down more than any other team and the league, and it seems like he’s always just kicking extra points (when they don’t go for 2, which they do often).

The weather in Cleveland this weekend looks okay, but it’s on the road outdoors.  I’m considering pivoting to a dome/nice weather kicker with a good matchup like Younghae Koo, Jason Myers or Jason Sanders.

Thoughts?

I won't go super early on a kicker.   For me to grab one before the last 2 rounds, he has to 1) be a top tier kicker, but more importantly 2) have a relatively late bye week.

Baltimore leads the league in 3rd down conversions.   He has not returned the value that we expected.

I'm thinking the same thing, but trying not to overthink it. A couple of 50-yarders by Tucker and I'll be kicking myself.

I've always followed the rule of not chasing points with kickers and that's what I feel like I'd be doing if I switch at this point after holding him the entire season.

True the Ravens go on 4th down frequently, but when Tucker gets his chance to kick his accuracy is incredible. I can't see sitting him for any other kicker out there.
