What difference does it make what team he's injured for

At least it looks like he is walking normally, sucks they play 3 games in next 4 days. That's too many games missed mr.Bagley and you already missed 20 last season. I don't think i'm risking with this guy again. always something up with him.

A real franchise would have taken Doncic.  I was surprised by their pick as Bagley seemed like a scoring big man who was weak on defense.  Turns out he's actually OK on defense.  But then we haven't seen him play enough to see how good he could become.  Really hope this latest injury is nothing serious, as my IL slots are full LOL.  Saw the replay, and nobody was close to him either.  Not an ankle injury.  Sure hope it's not a stress fracture or one of those Jones things.  Terrible luck for the Kings to lose their two franchise pieces in the same game so soon after getting them back.

Since he's now in a walking boot no crutches, I'm assuming it's some kind of weird tweak.  But not so bad he can't put pressure on it, or else he'd need crutches.  But the fact he needs a walking boot is probably at least a week thing 🤔

Tired of fanboys saying everyone should have drafted Doncic. There were other highly touted prospects at the time too. Sure Doncic has been very impressive offensively. But the Kings needed a big man they can build around. They already drafted Hield and Fox the years before. Plus they had Barnes. People need to stop pretending they predicted Doncic would blow up like this. Bagley is a solid 2nd pick. He will be a 25 and 10 guy in this league for a long time. All he needs to do is stay healthy and work on his jumper, but he’s had some freak accidents.

keep telling yourself that, you seem to believe it already.

Btw they didn't draft Hield and Barnes came in last February.

Believe what? Are you aware Doncic wasn’t the only good player from the draft? Only 1 team could have drafted him, so stop crying. Mavs gave away a lot of assets to move up in the draft for him. Who cares if I was wrong about them drafting Hield. They traded for both players and have them now and they just gave Hield a big contract. Plus he’s been balling out this season. Not going to argue with you about Bagley becoming a good player because

1) He already is

2) We are all just speculating

3) Your lack of optimism shows me you don’t even watch him play

4) Basketball players don’t care about your fantasy team

Doncic nerds and fanboys hate on every player around his age. They are insecure and feel the need to compare him to every young player. I wonder why? Is it because he’s not a “mixtape” baller?

Dude that's just how it is when a player has a massive breakout. Sam Bowie had a decent enough 10 year career and the only thing anyone knows about him is that he was taken ahead of Jordan. Not comparing Doncic to MJ, but my point is that I don't think it's not a knock on Bagley as much as it is praise of Doncic.

Yeah nobody said Bagley will not be a good player. It is just it is not enough because Doncic is a generational talent, future hall of famer. And it was obvious he is so talented if you just watched him play against men in Europe for 150 games and not future accountants for 30 games. A team sucking like the Kings shouldn't care about fit, but talent and they made a terrible decision.

Can the doncic fanboys please see your way out of the Marvin Bagley thread? This is insane.

Back to Bagley and the Kings..     all I know is that Luke " MORON"  Walton was given a talented ,young  and playoff bound team? and found a way to COMPLETELY F' it up!!  this guy should be fired and never given another chance to coach in the NBA again.. at least as a head coach.

Big men also develop a lot slower than guard or small forwards.

We all saw Bagleys potential the last 2 months of last season and he was putting up 18/10 every game.

Health permitting his trajectory should have him doing 25/12 by next year.

Just sucks we cant see him develop more this year because of injuries.

He is going to be a better version of Chris Bosh..  Bosh 2.0     Bosh is also a hall of famer..  anyone who thinks taking  Bagley over Doncic was "criminal" is pretty naive..  MJ was pick #3!!   This is just a wasteless conversation..

Talent is a given for bagley, he has high potential. The question is really about whether he is injury prone or not. He missed 20 games (i think) last season, and already missed 21 games this season.

He’s going to see a foot specialist.  He’s done.  You don’t go see a specialist and remain “day to day” or “game time decision”.

Please give odds on Bagley being better than Chris Bosh, and a location where I can place my bets

He's definitely an undersized PF, I think he was listed at 6'8 this year with the "real" measurements.  On top of that, he's really skinny.  He makes up for his size with his extreme athleticism and quickness but being his size can be troubling for injuries long term.

Looking likely he will miss a long time.  Luckily Lavert coming off injured list, so Bags can take his place.  Smh, haven't had a healthy roster once this year thanks to this guy.

I feel so bad for him.  He was doing so well too... !  I can really see him semi-breakout this year even with Holmes playing the 5. :(

He is obviously a drop for now... how long do you guys expect him to be out for?  I say maybe 1 month.

He is most definitely not a drop until we get news about what the injury is and how long he is out. Everyone is annoyed/frustrated. Just be patient until we get the news following the foot specialist diagnosis. Then make an educated decision.
