Hassan Whiteside 2019-2020 Outlook

Recommended Posts

He’s the weakest big man in the league. Has a body that looks like can run through a house, but the brain of an elephant.

Y'all can keep hating on this man, but he has 6 blocks before halftime. And has been putting up almost top 30 value this year. For where he was drafted (80-90s), man is absolutely destroying

Triple double threat alert. I don't even care about the free throws tonight. He earned more than enough of a pass so far stat sheet wise.

Turn the 5-4 into a 6-3. Whiteside really a matchup changer. Mans 2K rating better be way up this year.

Someone keep stealing his trash cans if he it means he will have 10blocks a game.

If he comes out of halftime with this energy, this will be a 20-20 game with whatever he wants.

If he plays with energy for 4qtrs a game he would be a first rounder.

Hes been playing through some nicks, could explain the difference inconsistency

This is quite insulting to elephants. They're actually pretty smart animals and are said to be on the same level as dolphins in terms of problem solving

Anyone watching the game? How'd he get his assists--high post (ala Memphis Marc Gasol), low post (traditional), or short roll (ala Nurk/Draymond)

was being used in the old nurkic role. Lots of high post and good reads

Nice, thanks for the insights guys. This is logical for portland given their multiple weapons in the starting lineup, can't have lillard creating all the time. This will also energize whiteside, being involved in the offense like this. Could result into him being more engaged on defense.
