Help me pick a Flex and DST. Actively WHIR until games start.

Recommended Posts

Flex: Wayne Gallman vs. MIN or Melvin Gordon vs. DEN.

MIN is a decent defense and but Gsllman should see some volume I would guess.  LAC says they will limit Gordon's snaps but could he still carve out a decent welcome back game?

DST: SF vs. CLE or BAL vs. PIT or JAX vs. CAR.

All these scare me a little.  Cleveland looked good last week but was it all because Chubb? SF has a good run defense.  My opponent is running Beckham Monday night so it could be a double negative or double positive.  Baltimore would sound good but DEN made them look silly last week. Jax wont have Jalen.

Leave one and I will help in return.  I'm active on here until games start.  Thanks!

Gallman has a solid floor, I would play him until you see Gordon getting around half of the touches—he could have a big game, but they could also be telling the truth about limiting him and he ends up with like 8 carries in his first game back.

I'm biased about the defenses as an SF owner (picked them up over the bye week) but I have more confidence in them this week and ROS than either of the other two. They're the best NFL defense out of the three, although it's probably the worst matchup. The Ravens defense hasn't looked good at all, I'd play Jacksonville if you don't like SF vs. Cleveland.

Just returned the favor for the above response.  Leaving quality replies until games start.  Thanks.

I can see Gordon feasting on scoring opportunities, if given. Volume wise starting
Gallman provides a safer floor and is ultimately my pick. I'd go BAL as CLE will eventually play to their abilities. Not sold on JAX either.

I like Gallman just because you don’t know how much volume Gordon will get. I also like the ravens. They got embarrassed last week. This looks like a bounce back game. This should be a very low scoring game.

Would probably go Gordon for the ceiling and Gallman could be game scripted out. Defense is tougher. I would lean 49ers though. Ravens are a better NFL D but 49ers have a safer floor because Baker+Browns O Line are good for some turnovers and sacks
