No I'm not. This all started with some dude asking why does his 3 point percentage matter based on my comment of saying I wouldn't want him shooting a bunch of 3's. Um, because it's not good. That guy had a hard time accepting that for some reason and it turned into this. Anyways nice game tonight....

your sarcasm is cute, but tonight was an awful game for him.. i somehow doubt he's guna shoot 30% from the field and 63% from the ft line ROS tho.

Wonder if the Raptor's ring ceremony hit him harder than anticipated haha

This guy absolutely sucks. Looking like a league losing pick. Got him in the 3rd round for his durability 😕

What are you all whining about? His line is perfectly fine and it isn't even halftime.

6-1-2 for a 3rd round pick is perfectly fine? You being sarcastic or something?

It's not college basketball, chief. The game wasn't even a third of the way over.
And lmao, if you took him in the 3rd round you shouldn't be expecting to win any fantasy basketball leagues anyway.

Im drunk and overreacted and am happy to see him salvaging an ok night.

As for 3rd round I play in a points leagues and he averaged 3rd round value in our league last year so I felt there was no reason he couldn't repeat that this season. I'm not gonna even bother responding to the poster below you but it blows my mind that people can't comprehend different leagues and settings.

Solid line.

When he’s not getting 5reb 5ast games he definitely needs the steals and blocks to prop him up, including shooting 45fg+ 80ft+ on high FTA.

Really hard for him to provide value without 3s if he’s also not giving defensive stats or high FTA/FT%.

Honestly I can see him averaging 5 assists. The extra pass is what causes him to miss out on assists. Rebounds are a lost cause since he was nowhere near the basket to grab boards tonight.

Probably depend on how your league scores. Went #34 in the draft this year in a 12 team league. I'm surprised he only attempted 45 3-pointers last year. What was up with that??

The points league I'm in, Derozan was #17 for the year 2018-2019. Here are the players who were around him:

yea but his overall ranking was based on him having a red hot start .. if you judge him based his post ASB numbers, i doubt they’re anywhere near 3rd round, in any setting.

He was  #28 in the last 40 games. So even with a red hot start, he was not bad. Here are the players who were around him the last 40 games:

Don't even bother arguing with that guy, he just likes to feel that hes smarter than others on an internet forum. He was just as good in my league settings last year but I'm dumb for taking him in the 3rd round when the winning team from last season took him in the 3rd round the previous year on his first year on the spurs.

I drafted him in H2H 9-cat league at the last pick of the 3rd (or the first of the 4th) in my 3s punt team. all good.

Anybody watching the game? He has really limited his shot attempts to start games this season. I am wondering if it looks like a conscious effort to get Murray going and he is looking for his shot/usage later in games. Kind of like Butler last season saving energy to take over the 4Q. The thing that sticks out most to me without watching any of the games for actual context is just how little usage he is soaking up in the first halves. My assumption is he is being passive, but wondering if anyone tuned in and has seen something different.
