He's the next Paul George. We are all witness.

Wouldn't suggest, still coming back from core muscle surgery over the summer (so probably minutes restricted) and put up mediocre numbers in pre-season.

With the Reddest out for a while, any chance Reddish does something? I haven't figured out what kind of value the guy has this year, if any.

Rotoworld doesn't like him:

His opportunity is huge right now with Kevin Huerter (shoulder) out for at least two weeks, but Reddish is one of the worst offensive players in the league right now. Minutes aren't everything in fantasy, and Reddish not doing much with them makes him a guy who should be on most wires.

Yikes.

I mean, they're not wrong in this instance. He's quite bad. Right now, he's just a defensive specialist IRL. But really he's a project. Luckily he's on the Hawks and development is their first priority. Getting sent down to the G-League would do him some good.

Monster night and Hunter is out with a dislocated finger. Surprised to see not a peep about this dude after a 25 and 6 night with 4 threes, 3 steals, and a block.

He got demoted to the bench. The only reason why he started tonight was because of Hunter's injury.

He's my favorite terrible player in the league. That basically sums up how I feel lol.

I scouted him earlier in the season and it just seemed like he made a lot of dumb rookie mistakes. His shot form is very pretty and he is pretty slippery/agile. Steal potential was good too.

I don't know if he'll keep it up but they force fed him a lot of minutes earlier in the season and it's possible they do it again. They seem fond of giving rooks all they can handle.

He's not gonna go 10/17 (4/7 from 3) again. He's been getting all the opportunities all season but his shot has been really off.

fool's gold. waiver wire trash.

Not buying into the insanely productive numbers from Wednesday night. That said, he’s worth a speculative end of bench add ahead on Sunday since ATL has a 4-game week next week.

Just don’t be looking for the same line as the past Wednesday, but if there is a mini turnaround, expect more like the two games before his wrist injury.

thought hard about his situation.. I scooped him up first after his 27-point outburst.

However, I had to drop him for Matisse Thybulle as I badly need his Stocks and he's going for back-to-back games this weekend.

I just think that there's just too many mouths to feed in ATL.

John Collins is due back soon and with the stellar play of Jabari Parker, I think he'd still get 20+ minutes.

Any thoughts on this guy?

16 PTS 1 AST 4 STL in Q2 vs Brooklyn w/o Trae.

Other than the PTS it seems he does get stocks every now and then

Stocks will never be his issue itll always be his % and consistency to even put up points. Maybe after asb, but I'd wait to see a couple of more of these games consecutively

Right now he's not even a NBA player.  I think if they put him in G League he'd struggle too.  He's shooting 32.5%.  Reddish<Bembry=Spellman<Winslow<Draymond Green.  If you squint really hard till your eyes bleed you'll see Lebron.  It'd be funny putting those five on a team.  All D and no offense.

This guy drops some tantalizing lines. He's been close to top 100 the last two weeks and has bumped up the FG% to 40% during that period. The threes and steals can be sick, if he keeps improving that percentage he looks like a very nice final two month play, especially if they keep giving him the minutes/shots, because he's supremely talented. On BBM he's been ranked 101 over the last 2 weeks.

His game is fantasy friendly and he looks better real life lately. In dynasty leagues i would say he is must own.

I want to own Reddish but my problem is that he's incredibly inconsistent even with a significant uptick in mins. I contrast that with a player like Melton, who produces similar or better lines in limited mins. Both are in similar territories since I don't know if Melton's path to mins will come this season with Brooks playing well and the Grizzlies competing for that 8th spot making a trade of vets like Crowder looking less likely.
