nah.  seattle apparently looked into his situation but didnt think it looked good before putting a claim in for gordon.  i dont think he plays this season....

The most likely scenario is he doesn’t play this year. But I heard a coworker mention the Eagles we’re taking a look at him. Couldn’t find anything online about it, but that would be an amazing landing spot if it turned out to be true.

The Jaguars TE Oliver might be worth a shot with Foles back at the helm. The two had quite a connection going during camp.

Didn't see anyone mention him yet, might be a little bit deeper, but based on Preston Williams' production combined with FitzMagic AND past production... Allen Hurns is a sneaky $0 pick up.  Owned is exactly 0% (Zero) of Yahoo leagues.  Played 43% of the snaps this past Sunday, more than Grant or Wilson, and a 10% increase to his average the past weeks, leading me to believe it was cause and effect of Preston's injury, but I didn't do any game rewind to verify what position he was running his routes from.  Still only 27, it seems like a lifetime ago when he was burning people weekly and catching passes from Blake Bortles to the tune of 1,030 yards and 10 TDs for a top 20 finish in 2015, right along side the never to be forgotten 1400/14 season of Allen Robinson.  Broken ankle late last year, Dallas signed him, and then joined Miami just 5 months ago, there seems to be room to grow.

Not making any promises, but for the price, and the next man up mentality, on the right side of 30, and with a history of past production, he's worth a shot.

Pat McAfee mentioned there are rumors Philly is looking into AB after the loss of D.Jax to IR.

Oh, for TE desperate people, Tyler Eifert.  Any time a new QB shows up, it usually bodes well for the TE of that offense, and Eifert once upon a time was considered elite.  This is purely based on the QB change, and a 'what if' scenario.

With trust and snap percentages slowly trending up, think little hunter renfrow could be a sneaky add. prolly dropping robby for him knock on wood if you're with me

Be sure to grab all 3 Dolphins RBs this week... it remains to be seen who is gonna be given the keys to the Ferrari now that Mark Walton is out of the picture. 🔥

I think you mean Pinto 😆

Renfrow is one of the few top trending up players right now. There's nothing sneaky at all about adding him.

Little late posting this, but here are some pickups and bench stashes moving forward. Most players are under 40% owned (Yahoo).

QB

Ryan Tannehill - Streamer. Tannehill isn't a spectacular pickup, but has put up solid numbers in each of his three starts. He gets a favorable matchup this week vs Chiefs. Titans will need to put up points to stay in game, as Chiefs may have Mahomes at the helm. If you are desperate at QB, Tannehill is serviceable.

RB

Ronald Jones - 42% owned (Yahoo). Jones looks to have finally taken over as the primary RB in the Bucs' backfield. He got 20 touches last week and is looking like a low-end RB2 moving forward, if the volume remains. He is worth a mid-to-high waiver priority.

Ty Johnson/J.D. McKissic - Ty Johnson has not performed since Kerryon went down, but did play on 62% of the snaps this week (22% more than Week 8 and received 12 total touches). He was also outplayed by McKissic, but pickup/hold him one more week to see if he produces before cutting him loose. McKissic is also worth a pickup/hold as he looks to be the preferred passing back in this high-octane offense and has outplayed Johnson. McKissic is more valuable in PPR formats than standard.

Kalen Ballage - Look for Ballage to get the first crack as the workhorse RB for the Dolphins with Walton suspended 4 games. He is not a good RB...at all, but opportunity is king in fantasy and Ballage may just get that. Treat him as a low-end, volume dependent RB3.

Myles Gaskins/De'Lance Turner - Speculative adds if Ballage doesn't produce as Dolphins' primary RB.

Ty Montgomery/Bilal Powell - Jets other RBs if Bell injury is serious.

Jay Ajayi - Speculative add if he signs to an RB needy team like the Lions or Dolphins.

WR

Devante Parker - Clear cut #1 WR in Miami following Preston Williams season-ending injury. Parker has scored a TD in his last 4/5 games and has seen almost 7 targets in that span as well. He is the top WR pickup for this week and can treated as a WR3 moving forward.

Zach Pascal - Pascal has made the most of his opportunity with injuries to TY Hilton and Parris Campbell. He has averaged about 4/63/1TD his last three games and looks to be Colts current #1 WR. Even with the uncertainty to Brissett, treat him as an low-end WR3 until TY Hilton gets back.

Devin Funchess - Very sneaky add. Funchess has the opportunity to return from IR and practice this week. If that happens, it atleast gives him a slim chance to play Week 10, and shot to play Week 11. Colts are thin at WR and Funchess could provide a nice boost if he is healthy.

Josh Reynolds - With the unknown timetable on Brandin Cook's return, Reynolds is locked in as Rams #3 WR. He posted 3/73/1TD on 8 targets in Week 8, and was in on 89% of the snaps. If he can continue to receive around 5+ targets and be in on 75%+ on the snaps, treat him as a WR4 until Cooks comes back.

Jordan Matthews - Speculative add. Matthews had a workout with the Eagles and if he signs, it is possible he may have an immediate role post-bye. He doesn't have much (if any) upside, but I could foresee him overtaking Agholor spot in the slot, if signed .

TE

Noah Fant - Fant finally had his breakout game posting 3/115/1TD on 4 targets. While most of his damage came on a 75 yard TD catch-and-run, Fant has quietly been more involved since Sanders departure. Expect the 1st round TE to continue to be involved as the #2 passing option on this Broncos team. He is worth a mid waiver pickup, and hold through the bye, as he as top 10 TE upside moving forward.

Chris Herndon - If Herndon ever plays, he has top 12 TE upside. Jets current TE Ryan Griffin has posted 10 catches for 106 yards and 2 TE, over the past two games. Herndon can easily duplicate those numbers if he plays a full compliment of snaps...if he ever plays.

Mike Gesicki - Gesicki posted his best game following William's injury, posting 6/95 on 6 targets. He has some streamer appeal, as the potential #2/3 passing option on this depleted Miami offense.

I think he’s been mentioned here before but reiterating David Njoku. Can return week 12 so perfect for H Henry owners to fill the bye week. Good stash on IR for those with the spot

I see Darius Slayton as a deep league add.

Seeing rumors Shepard may be looking at extended absence or maybe even IR.  And Engram is banged up.  Slayton hasn't been too bad this year and schedule isn't too bad down the stretch.

Just see him as maybe a decent WR4/5 type stash.

Lots of people keeping info close to the hip this past week. Especially curious as to why Ronald Jones wasn't being hyped more given the news...

It's possible, but that hasn't stopped owners from listing similarly rostered players in the past. Just felt different this time. No biggie. Playoff pushes are afoot...

For those in deep dynasty leagues keep an eye on Dolphins RB Patrick Laird.  He had a real good preseason and coaches have been talking him up lately as someone who might get some opportunities.

Either Laird or Gaskin is bound to have some kind of value because we know how bad Ballage is....

I agree about Alex Erickson.

Josh Oliver now that Foles is back. He is 100 percent healthy now (according to him) and him and BDN had a good rapport during training camp.

Not sure about Erickson now with a rookie at qb.  We'll have to see who Ryan Finley's favorite target becomes.

My money is on Boyd but should be fun to see.
