Paul Millsap 2019-2020 Outlook

Recommended Posts

My man didn't even have a thread yet?

He's put up surprisingly worthwhile value this year despite a lot of people writing him off as being finished as a fantasy contributor, his down season last year, and the arrival of Jerami Grant and MPJ.

So far he's a top 70 player on the season, and while he's always been a good roto guy he's been an interesting H2H guy thanks to his random outbursts in points, steals and rebounds.

Worth keeping in mind that while he was a bust last season, the year before he put up top 50 value, so there's plenty of reasons to think he can keep this up. Thoughts?

it’s been stated before the season his min won’t be consistent and as the season goes on his min will start to fade

Nights like tonight, show why they should play him more minutes.  Grandpa Millsap can't take a load off without Jokic and Murray choking away the game.

picking up Jeremi Grant may be a good idea as the season goes on?

Apparently, Malone benched him and didn’t bother to bring him back in cause they were playing so bad.. but Millsap is closely monitored due to his age and injury history

This guy is still more valuable than Grant.

Yeah, Grant farted all over his opportunity in the 2 games he started in place of Millsap. When healthy and given decent minutes, Millsap can still contribute. Glad he got a double double on his first game back. Hope he gets consistency in both PT, helath, and production moving forward.
