Juan Hernangomez 2019-2020 Outlook

Recommended Posts

Starting.

Spellman is a DNP-CD.

Let’s hope he can turn out to be one of the massive winners of the deadline. If we can get Bjelica-esque production that would be lovely.

Malik Beasley, Jordan McLaughlin, Josh Okogie, Juancho Hernangomez and Karl-Anthony Towns will start Saturday's game against the Clippers.

Good luck guys. I will be watching.

Rough start but we’ll see. Promising sign that he’s getting time with the bench unit so he’ll get more usage.

Foul trouble against Kawhi.

He looked set to play 15-16 minutes in the first half.

Minutes are there, hopefully the production will come.

Salvaged a decent line albeit foul trouble. And still played more minutes than JJ. Ima hold and see how this shakes out.

He still got run with the first unit in the 4th Q, a great sign. Without the foul trouble he looked like he was set to play 30-32 minutes.

I don’t see Russell’s usage as much of an issue - he shot the ball well with limited opportunities and Russell’s presence will only open up more open looks for him.

With all the players the Wolves brought in, I don't think anybody can be completely sure how minutes will shake out going forward.

I think he will get 25-30 min a night. Wish he could make some layups. Did a couple nice drives to the basket and couldn't finish last night.

I think he's a low end guy in the long run. He will get ample opportunity to showcase himself. I also took a flier on James Johnson. Hes capable of being a top 60-80 guy when given a chance.

Double double with the peripherals; 35+ minutes. ROS locked in.

He is missing point blank layups rip, costing them the game.

Lol I didn't, just saying he's missing easy shots he should be making, also KAT not playing tonight.

The stocks are a mirage. The 3 ball will be there, but do not expect any steals and blks. Look at his career splits. He managed to get some tonight against a very poor Charlotte team.

I also think James Johnson is a better pickup ROS.

KAT not playing makes it a bigger mirage lol.

Guess I'm back on the train after the Trent Jr experiment went horribly wrong.

His role is secure, maybe he cedes more minutes to Johnson at times (see vs TOR), but he will produce given the minutes.

Definitely not expecting 17 shots like today, but hopefully he can settle at a comfortable 11/12 shots with KAT around.

I'm okay with the 3s and boards, not really counting on him to save my stocks but if he's gonna provide a light sprinkle I think he'll be more than rosterable.

See pre-Feb Miles Bridges that averaged 0.6 steals and 0.7 blocks a game. Won't kill your team at all.

He's a safe player with a decent floor. We all knew this. I didn't expect a team changing impact. He'll probably be the boring player at the end of your 12 team roster but when the time arrives sell high for sure in a 2 for 1 😂
