Trade Help

Recommended Posts

6x6 scoring league.  XBH and QS are the extra stats with OBP instead of AVG.

I'd be giving up:

Christian Yelich, Eduardo Escobar, John Means and Matt Shoemaker

For

Gleybar Torres, Nick Castellanos, Thor and Max Scherzer.

I have to take this right? Currently have this:

C - Realmuto

1B - Abreu

2B- Escobar

SS - Boegarts

3B - Donaldson

LF - Schwarber

CF - S. Marte

RF - Yelich

DH - Cruz

SP - Verlander

SP - Bieber

SP - Price

SP - Keuchel

SP - Minor

SP - Urias

SP - Matz

SP - Means

SP - Shoemaker

RP - Kimbrel

RP - Gallegos

I appreciate any insight.

As much as I would hate to trade Yelich away, i think you have to do this trade. I think even you offense improves with this trade, definitely a significant overall team depth improvement.

Appreciate the feedback.  I think I take a bit of a hit offensively but agree that overall it strengthens the team.

This looks like a go IMO, pitching significantly improves for maybe a slight decline in offense

Keep Yelich & EE. Drop those other two players for more offense, next move you're first two players on you're very bottom list Torres & Nick the stick.

Yes, I would definitely do that deal!  It's basically 4 good players for 2 good players in your favor! Do it.

I wouldn’t do it. Castellanos is OK, Torres is good, Scherzer had an ERA over 4 in the second half. Yelich is elite though. I can’t blame you for taking it, I just feel a bit off about it.

You definitely don't HAVE to do it.  Yelich is best player in the deal BY FAR.  I honestly see Castellanos and Escobar as close to a wash and then Means and Shoemaker don't tip the scale either. So it's Yelich for Scherzer, Torres, and Noah.  Call me nuts, but I don't think that's enough for me.  It's close, but I would hold onto Yelich.
