oliminator123 3,448
Anyone in the backfield worth owning now that Fournette is gone? PPR I guess CT. Anyone in standard?

Even if you get 2 or 3 weeks of a huge flex play that's huge. Thompson has had over 50 targers most seasons and upwards of 60, he very well could have 70 to 80 if he's in a starting role. Hes having a good camp, fournette is gone...he's a free snag right now, for a flex that is as ideal as it gets bruh Are you going to be able to predict those 2-3 big games so you can start him? And he’s not going to be in a starting role. He’ll be in a third down role, as he’s always been. And if you’re RB/WR room is so bad that you need to pick up and plug Thompson in at Flex, outside of a bye week, you have bigger problems...bruh.

Lucius Seneca 31
Houston would be a fantastic landing spot for Fournette, but moving David Johnson to the bench would make Bill O'Brien look even worse for trading D Hopkins for D Johnson... so it's unlikely to happen, imo. oliminator123 3,448
Any speculation into the drop? Are they just tired of dealing with him? Or is there nothing there anymore?

Not sure why the snark in your response, @Savatage79 only said he was a nice free pickup which doesn't hurt to have additional bench depth in a covid year. Should produce a decently high floor in PPR leagues as Fournette had 100 targets last year. Not as good in standards, but I grabbed him everywhere I could in PPR and a few in .5 PPRs. Or is there nothing there anymore? It's simple: Jay Gruden and Ben McAdoo are running a Pass-First WCO in JAX. Fournette is an old-school RB who is just a runner, his skill set never fit what JAX wanted to do in 2020. There are 2 types of Fantasy Football Players: 1) Those that drafted Fournette in 2020 2) Those that had Fournette on their DND List.

Chris Thompson is one of the biggest Steals in FF this year. I knew that before JAX released Fournette. Now, Thompson is a legit RB3 who will give you RB2 weeks.
