At least Jonnu got a TD last week, True. But at least Andrews is getting 5 or 6 targets each game. There's at least a chance you'll get a 5 for 70 game. Guy like Jonnu seems like he has virtually no chance to produce without a TD.
LongBalls 1,193
The other issue is that Firkser has been basically averaging double the targets over the past 4-5 weeks.

cheezor42 534
Can’t believe how they’ve virtually phased out such a unique weapon at TE from the offense but I’m guessing it’s something like Firkser is better at blocking and is in there cause of their OL woes. The offense has taken a hit overall since all of the injuries on the line stacked up, and the biggest loser has been Jonnu.

Smith has been doing the increased blocking.

Last week he only missed 3 snaps in general. Firsker has been more of a pass specialist than anything. Anyways, I’m probably going to be stubborn and roll him out. Don’t really feel like playing the waiver wire game with TEs. I do think Jonnu has the talent to produce. Problem is they’re a low volume passing offense and he’s not even close to a go to option. Deke 1,915
Swapping him for Mo A-C on the other side of the ball tonight. I think the matchup and opportunity is better

RoseLin23 436
I'm going to start Jonnu due to the **** TE options on the wire. At least he plays tonight in primetime so I can see the full game. My plan is to spark a bowl before the game and hope for the best. But you best believe if this Firkser get's more work and god forbid a tuddy over Jonnu, I'll be ripping the bong for sure.

damageinc 53
Also the worst matchup. Saw somewhere that Indy is tops against TEs. Have not given up a TD to a TE yet and under 300 yards total in 9 games.
HeHateMe23 119
Now owning him feels exactly like OJ Howard early last season. Just for whatever reason isn't used enough. Could be a monster if featured but because of team make-up and coaching it isn't likely.

They have 4 weapons on offense, but will never consistently support all 4. Could be Henry and Jonnu this week, Davis and Brown next week. Henry is the only guy with a safe floor. HarambeLives 336
Aren’t colts best at defending position?
vikesrube 172
Holding and starting for now. Not gonna eat up a bench spot on another TE that will also piss me off. The position is a crapshoot so would rather have an extra rb or wr rather than grabbing another TE and spending all week agonizing over which one to start, only to choose the wrong one. ZappB 654
We were lucky to get that TD. Not starting Jonnu again unless I really have to.
mvttchew 596
He was getting a good amount of targets. Could have had an additional 20-40 yards. Just missed by Tannehill or didn't make the play. This is the first Titans game I watched and it was encouraging to see how often he was on the field and how many routes he ran. I was nervous that Firsker would take a lot of looks, but he was the 2nd thought IMO. They usually don't play the same snaps/weren't on the field together this game and Jonnu was in on most snaps. Doesn't seem as bas as it was for the past few weeks, I took this game as a positive.
ST. STEVEN 4,149
The line is what it is. If you watched, you saw a guy blocking too much but also whipping coverage a bunch...Tanne was off and missed him for big chunk gains, or threw into triple coverage when Jonnu was leaking out basically uncovered. This team needs to go back to him being a focal point of the offense, will they is an entirely different matter.
