Verdugo.  That line-up will hit and he will profit from it.

You could say the same for Tucker.

Astros scored more, with Mookie there.

Now there's no Mookie.

Huh?  Did the Dodgers trade Mookie?

If you are trying to say the Red Sox how do you know they "scored more" with Mookie than with Verdugo since Verdugo hasn't played for them yet.  They score a LOT and have a strong hitting line-up period that Verdugo will slot into: JD, Xander, Devers, Chavis, Vasquez, hopefully Benny is back to normal, Moreland.  Same can't be said of Seattle's line-up.

Seattle?

The Astros outscored Boston with Mookie there. Mookies gone.

Verdugo isn't Mookie.

To claim Verdugo will do fine because of lineup, yet Tucker has the same advantage.

Crap.  I thought it was Kyle Lewis, not Tucker.  Me bad.  Still Tucker doesn't have an assured full time position having to share with Reddick.  Verdugo does have full playing time.  So this year Verdugo for sure.

Also Tucker may have been the hotter prospect but he hasn't proved himself in the big leagues yet.  Some prospects never live up to their projections.  So it depends on gambling this prospect will perform up to his hype or take the sure thing with Verdugo who seems to weigh in as a Dwight Evans 2.0 type.

Well it is as I thought above:

Quote

Astros manager Dusty Baker indicated Wednesday that the right field job likely belongs to Josh Reddick.

It's not what fantasy players want to hear, because that means Kyle Tucker will have to continue to wait his turn. “The future is probably Tucker’s, but the now is probably Reddick’s,” Baker said. We would bet on Tucker wrestling the right field gig away from Reddick if he had a full season to do it, but it's far less of a certainty during a 60-game season.

It's a dynasty, you don't look at the snap shot, you look at the portrait...Tucker is the long term choice..

Its tucker and it isn't even close.  Houston's entire OF are free agents this summer, Reddick is for sure gone.  Brantley most likely, Springer was probably gone, but i think with the free agency next year being tight (as far as free agent spending) will probably return.  Tucker only has had a small cup of coffee at the bigs, and his minor league numbers are great.  potential 5 tool player for sure.
