Hi, everybody.

Certainly, this horrible situation we have to live harms our body and mind. It would be better or us to pay attention to it.

Staying active is not only beneficial on a physical level. As well as maintaining muscle tone, exercise is recommended for our mental health and is an activity we can do alone, in pairs or with the whole family.
Exercise is essential to maintain a good state of health and even if we cannot go to a sports centre or gymnasium, we can carry out simple routines at home to help us achieve our goals. In addition, physical activity improves our mood and our general state of mind, as it produces a release of endorphins, also known as happiness hormones.
Staying active also has an effect on the quality of our sleep, causing us to be more tired and, in the end, to rest better. This is especially important for people who have difficulty sleeping.
Another advantage associated with physical activity is the reduction of anxiety levels, which on many occasions can be altered by the excess of negative information we are subjected to on a daily basis. It helps the mind to free itself from worries.
